Question: Hello im 15 about to be 16 and...? in my eyes i think im very healty i have been a vegetarian for about a month and im starting vegan diets... I take eniva vibe, eniva heart flow, and a centrum multivitamin everyday. Im 5'10 140lbs. I hardly ever workout but im fairly muscular. Do you think it would be healthy to drink some benefiber daily?
