Answer: A bone X-ray can determine if your growth plates are still open or already closed. Once your growth plates have closed there is no way to increase your height.

Answer: I have never even heard of Symbiotropin PRO HGH, but you should ask where you bought it and they will usually tell you what you can use with it..... usually companies which put out products will have other different types of products you can use with it (like a weight gainer, and you can use a cut suppliment by the same company) but make sure you ask before you just mix you don't wanna end up F*ed up man!!

I want to take an hgh supplement, they all seem to be pretty decent as far as effectiveness and they are made from natural products I believe. Answer: If u are talking about Human Growth Hormone then there is only one that works. That is the injections. They are very expensive tho. And u have to do them very regularly to get results. Anything besides injections does not work....period.

Answer: HGH is a controlled substance and can only be obtained via prescription. So to get it you will have to speak with your doctor first. For something that would give you similar results, speak with a health/vitamin store.

Answer: Since nobody has answered, I'll toss in my 2 cents. There is no such thing as an HGH supplement. HGH is only available in ingestible forms as a synthetic drug because it's not legal to pop open a human body and harvest their HGH, and that would be the only way it's available in nature (which is what supplements typically are... natural). If you're referring to Growth Hormone Releasers, there are quite a few people that use those. They are combinations of Vitamins and Amino Acids that help encourage your body to release it's own natural growth hormone. Many people get benefits similar to HGH drugs like feeling younger, more energy, etc, etc. Some people have trouble with an increase in their Growth Hormone because it throws off the balance of the rest of their hormones. Some have trouble if they are taking certain drugs or have a medical condition (which is why it's best to check with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it), and some have a problem with an increase in blood pressure from the circulation increase (which goes back to the medical condition).
