Human Growth Hormone Bodybuilding
Question: What is the recommended human growth hormone dose for bodybuilding in ML?
Answer: Ok let me say this 1st..do extensive research before you attempt a cycle of GH because if you do not dose your insulin right, you can die this way. Also, if you've never ran GH you may be best to take 1/2 your dose 1st thing in the morning, and the other 1/2 about 3 hours before you go to bed. (Don't ever take it right before because if you lapse into coma, you won't know it)
Here's a short something I wrote up about measuring your GH...This is one thing that I have always seen guys get confused about.
An iu is not a measure of volume nor is it a measure of weight like I hear most people say. (I.U.’s) are a measure of biological activity specific to the substance. This is hard to conceptualize.
An international unit is a way to express the activity or effect of some vitamins (primarily fat soluble) and hormones. For each substance that is expressed in international units, there is an international agreement that outlines the biological effect expected with a dose of 1 I.U. The value is different for each substance, since effect differs between substances. Therefore an insulin syringe is for measuring insulin and thats it. So an iu on an insulin syringe is 1iu of U100 insulin.
Think of meaureing GH in terms of milligrams(mg). One mg of GH is equal to approximately 3iu's of GH. So if you have a Serono kit for example, each individiual bottle is 6mg or 3 * 6 = 18iu's of GH. So depending on how much BW you add to the powder you then figure out the concentration of the solution or how much each iu of GH will be on the insulin syringe.
For Example...Say I have a 10mg bottle of GH...I add 3ml of BW. Now I have 30iu's of GH in 3ml. So 1iu is equal to 10units on the slin pin. 10iu's is equal to 100units or 1ml. It just takes a little simple math to figure out.
For Example...Say I have a 6mg bottle of GH and I add 1 ml of BW. Now I have 18iu's per 1ml. So each 10units on the slin pin is equal to 1.8iu's of GH.
Hope that helps..but you can log onto a rejuevenation clinic website (ie..south beach rejeuvenation clinic) and talk to an actual doctor who will write you a prescription, fax it to you, and you can take it to a walk in urgent care to get your bloodwork done (necessary before you start GH) and fill your RX anywhere.
*disclaimer: I am not a doctor, and am not in a position to give medical advice, and I DO NOT advocate drug use of any kind* But I am a personal trainer who is well versed on the subject, and want you to have the facts before you start something as serious as GH.
Question: i there anyone using human growth hormone for bodybuilding? i ve used steroids b4 such as oxies, test, deca, winstrol danabol. i put on good weght but 5 weeks later it goes walkies well most of it ve heard that hgh is alot better for keeping leaner mass i was thinkng of getting 600 iu's and doing 5 iu's a day is it any good or should i stick with steroids thanks??????????????? by the way im 23 and weigh 14st 3lb please no lectures saying u shudnt do steroids blah blah thanksssssssssss
Answer: HGH is a very good product. After all it's 90% amino acids. I hope you've been taking care of your liver (with liver support...etc) Yes you can lose some of the weight after using certain Steroids, but a lot. NO. Did you have a good PCT?
HGH is a great muscle builder, it's not called the fountain of youth for nothing. I'm not gonna tell you how much to run, but 4iu a day is a minimum.
Should you stick with the other Steroids? Depend on what you're looking for exactly. Deca and Testo are great.
I can't tell you to take it, but I won't tell you not to.
Question: Which is the best HGH human growth hormone.? 1) i am looking for top of the line human growth hormone, for bodybuilding.
2) does the hgh help in loosing water weight and gives your body a better shape?
thats what the trainers at my gym say so?
Answer: you do know that those make your dick small right...? they are also illegal.
Question: whats the best hgh(human growth hormone) in pill form, for bodybuilding? im already pretty big...just need to get more ripped!!
Answer: In my opinion, creatine is the most useful, and the least harmful supplement to increase athletic performance of just about any kind. It is a naturally occurring organic acid in the body. It basically allows the body to exert more energy for a longer period of time. You just have to be careful not to take to much of the supplement, and it's not a good idea to take the supplement if you have asthma, many allergies, diabetes, or hypoglycemia.
If you simply Google "creatine supplements," you will find virtually endless sites and companies that you can order from.
I would suggest researching a little more about creatine and how it will affect you personally before just taking it.
Good luck!
Question: What is the difference between Human Growth Hormone and Human Growth Complex? If you answer this could you please tell me what the two are? I am interested in bodybuilding, sports, and fitness. I am a former high school, college, and NFL football player (short lived). I know/heard that HGH is illegal in sports but have been hearing about HGC lately which is sold in a lot of muscle magazines and on their websites. I am not interested in taking anything illegal or any form of steroid, but, I need help because I don't fully understand what any of these things are.
Answer: Human Growth Hormone, or HGH, is a very complex hormone produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. Human Growth Complex (HGC) from UltraLab is a rejuvenation formula that targets the male body system of men over 40.
Question: Could human growth hormone be real culprit for the amazing boost in performance in sports in the last 10 yrs.? I found out that the NFL tests for steroids but not human growth hormone. I also know that professional bodybuilding has stopped trying to test for it a long time ago. It is simply too expensive, the tests are not accurate, and there are many ways to beat the HGH test anyway. People thought that steroids are the problem in baseball. But I feel human growth hormone is truly the culprit. And that stuff has proven to be quite dangerous too. One professional bodybuilder even shot it up and it went to his heart and triggered a heart attack. He lived but it was a close call. I am not sure about the links to cancer just yet.
Answer: I think it could be all the preservatives they put in food these days. Also many places fatten up animals before slaughter most of the time by the use of steroids or growth hormones, this yields more meat, which means more money for the industry. We eat all this junk and it has to have some sort of effects on our biology...
Just my thoughts
Question: I can't even stand to watch these MLB players on human growth hormone anymore. How bout you? I grew up in the 70's when players were skilled, fast, skinny, and naturally muscular. Now you got these huge plumped up artificial thanksgiving turkey looking guys swinging for the fences on every other pitch. A person would have to be super naive to believe that these players aren't widely abusing HGH. There are no accurate ways of testing for it. Professional bodybuilding gave up testing for it a long time ago. And baseball can do nothing about it either even when former players come out and say that a large proportion of their former teammates abused HGH. I wish there were two leagues. One natural and one that was all about steroids, HGH, and supplements. The game is going to hell. I am watching a bunch of guys with fat butts ruin the game. And the pitchers are guilty too.
Answer: I absolutely love baseball and I agree completely. Barry Bonds and Mark McGuire are tearing through the record books when there are players (now and former) who actually played fairly who deserve to be the homerun king.
Question: Human Growth Hormone Info? Only just recently heard about HGH, watched a program about it a couple days ago. Ino it can be prescribed to people with growth hormone deficiency, some athletes use it to enhance performance. Ive heard of certain side affects but thats only if you take too much right? Average prices? Oh an Im 17 id use it for bodybuilding purposes, Ive heard of pills, sprays an tha rest but injection is the best way even though I hate the thort of it..
Answer: If you are healthy, and 17, any HGH that you take will be "too much". People who have it as a precription get it to replace what they need to live a healthy life, they don't get any bonus benefits from it.
The athletes using it are thinking about the now, about having stronger muscles now, and ignoring that they will suffer for it later. It's a very tempting thing to do when you're 17 and healthy. Lots of us do unhealthy things while we feel strong. Then, 10 years down the line, our bodies start their slow declines. It's not so fun anymore when organs and glands and bit and pieces you used to take for granted start to fall apart and you find yourself on a hospital bed with a doctor sadly shaking his head. You don't die though, you just get to live on for years and years with a weakend and painful body, remembering the glory years when you were young and thought your health was yours forever.
Don't do it, it's not worth it.
Question: Taking Human Growth Hormone during puberty? I'm 16 and I was wondering if it would be alright if I took HGH...
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/foy/hgh.html
but not only to build muscle, to maybe help me grow a bit taller... my doctor said I might not grow that much anymore...hate being short & small...
Answer: HGH is a protein which would be digested in the stomach. Real HGH is administered via hypodermic. By real doctors. Not available over the internet.
The ad is full of cr@p. It calls HGH an amino acid.
It also says the pills are "Growth Hormone Support Complex!*" and "**This is an HGH Supplement not actual HGH
THe supplements industry is entirely unregulated. THey can claim anything they want, and nobody can make them stop. There is no FDA testing for safety or efficacy, no FDA inspection of manufacturing facilities, etc etc etc.
Question: Human Growth Hormone (HGH)? Hello!. I'm in the military so I can't do steroids, but I recently fund a product on Bodybuilding.com called HGH Complete... Has anyone actually used this stuff, and does it work? I lift 3 days/week, I also do cardio every day, and watch what I eat, but I want bigger results, so Im looking in HGH complete to supplement me workout.
Answer: I know I'm female, and certainly haven't taken any steroids or anything else to build muscles, but I have studied biology for several years. I'm just warning you, taking steroids, hormone supplements etc which aren't recommended by doctors is never advisable. If you really care about your body it's better to just stick to healthy eating and working out when you can. I'm assuming that this drug alters the hormone levels in the body, which will almost certainly affect your mood and mental health, and may cause irreversible damage to your body.
Natural is healthy. Healthy body, healthy mind. :)
Of course, I can't stop you from taking it, but it's just some advice.
Question: Has anyone had negative results from using HGH? (growth hormone)? I'd like to know if anyone has experienced undesireable side effects from using human growth hormone. Please tell me details of how long u were taking it,what type ( pill or liquid ) and how much dosage. Im trying to determine if its right for me to use for bodybuilding.
Answer: Well, it is expensive as sh*t, and with the way they say to use it for body building you can't escape the side effects, it just may not be as noticeable with the less heavier doses. The main thing is that it starts making everything grow again for example your chin and nose will begin to elongate and such. Just research it as much as you can. I know that IGF1 is something that is like growth hormone but isn't as severe in side effects. You might want to look that up... That's just some general stuff anyways, good luck!
Question: How do female bodybuilders become so buff, if they're unable to produce enough testosterone? If I am correct, women can not become big, bulky and as strong as men (naturally) because of not being able to produce an adequate amount of testosterone. Therefore, how are these women capable of becoming so huge? Are they all using anabolic steroids, or a growth hormone or is there a natural method of achieving such fitness goals? Oh and what's the difference between an anabolic steroid and a human growth hormone? Is one legal and the other not? Are human growth hormones allowed in bodybuilding competitions rather than steroids?
Answer: The answer is yes. Huge and bulky women are almost always aided by steroids or synthetic testosterone, or HGH. They are all theoretically illegal in competitions. However, many professional competitions are "untested." I suggest you look at a natural, tested competition. Many natural competitions, where testing is conducted both by urine and polygraph, will feature more leaner women with feminine physiques. For that matter, the men in tested competions are much leaner as well. Most of what you see in tv and magazines is the result of PEDs.
Question: Growth Hormone at 18? Hi. I'm 18 years old, bodybuilding. I already use steroids(I've made up my mind so please don't lecture me on why I shouldn't do them at my age), and I was also considering adding Human Growth Hormone to my cycles. Would it help me gain more muscle and strength?
Answer: Anabolic steroids have been around for over 40 years. Most of the side effects have been known for some time. Recent research shows that anabolic steroids severely damage your kidneys.
HGH has not been available for that long and less is known about side effects. One highly likely side effect is cancer since it stimulates cells to grow. Cancer is what happens when cells grow out of control.
Did you know that your body produces its own HGH in reaction to strenuous exercise?
Question: Which Bodybuilding supplemetns are the best for fast muscle gain? hi,
i am 15 year old male. i am into lifting and playing sports. i am currently taking bodybuilding supplements ( adiondecadile and 5 Methyle Windecadione and proteins). My question is if you know any product that really works FAST and has NO side effects please tell me. I was thinking of Human Growth Hormone.
Answer: none.old fashioned work out.
Question: What is da difference b/w bodybuilding supplmnts and HGH supplmnts? Bodybuilders use some supplements to gain mass, shape or carve their body muscles etc. On the other hand there are Human Growth Hormones supplements which are used for having overall healthy body and also reducing aging factor as it keeps your muscles fresh and healthy.
the question is, are these two things the same or different, help plz...
Answer: yeah that and HGH is illegal. supplements will help you get to your goal, whereas HGH (steroids) will make your body for the most part. steroids are cheating. no questions asked.
Question: Are there any actual documented STUDIES showing that caffeine stunts growth? I'm 20, 5'6, its pretty gay. people complain about being short when they're 5'9. And, most likely as a result, I took pretty seriously to studying bodybuilding and nutrition, a bit of endocrinology too.
I've never though, in my time reading, read that caffeine had an inhibitory effect on human growth hormone or anything like that. But I have quite a bit heard that it stunts your growth, so I don't use caffeine as a stimulant for weight lifting.
But today I began to look more seriously into it, as caffeine is huge in weight lifting, and I haven't been able to find any studies that showed it had an effect on growth. That said, the high doses of synthetic caffeine in pre-workout formulas are usually more than 3/2 to 2 cups of coffee. So I'd be consuming a damn lot of it, I mean, if caffeine stunts your growth then I'll definitely be getting enough to see those effects.
if any of you can cite, with sources, some studies for or against this topic I'd really appreciate it. And if you'd give a link to the source that'd be even better, i'll read whatever you provide.
Much appreciated,
Trey
Answer: Nope. It's a myth.
Check the site in the sources.
NOT true. Research suggests that coffee consumption has no effect on height. This Myth was started decades ago when it was thought that caffeine in coffee may be a risk for osteoporosis, and subsequently lead to reduced bone mass. However, much of the previous research that linked caffeine beverages and osteoporosis were made in populations that also had low calcium intakes. These people were most likely replacing calcium-rich milk with coffee or caffeine sodas. *Low calicum intakes are clearly linked to reduced bone health.
More recent studies suggest that even if caffeine does slightly offset calcium absorption, the effect is very small.... and it's easily offset by adding a couple of tablespoons of milk into your coffee. Of course, for optimal bone health you'll also need an appropriate daily dose of calcium throughout the day from low-fat dairy, fortified foods, certain greens and/or supplements.
