Question: How to loose fat on my body while gaining muscles from the arms and stomach? I have stomach fat and I was just wondering i wanted to loose fat but while gaining muscles and get toned. I was wondering what kind of work out plan i should do everyday to accomplish this in the fastest time possible. Thanks.

Answer: No. It doesn't burn enough calories. You have to do something to get your heart rate up. Could you bike, or swim, or hike?

Answer: tons of cardio. lifting weights on many machines can give you abs because your engaging them when you lift. so you dont really notice, most people dont know that. good form with ab exercises is crucial, always try to hold a few seconds and go down slow. this goes for any weight lifting workout. people make the mistake of doing quick worthless coutless crunches and do not get results with poor form. Technically you already have abs, they are just hidden with belly fat. which as i mentioned before cardio is crucial. try eating more healthier, cook without cooking oil and use olive oil ect ect. eat with moderation ect ect

Answer: First, let me start by saying it's "lose" not "loose".
Second, I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks by getting a small trampoline (a mini tramp) and jumping on that twice a day for about 30 minutes each time. It doesn't sound like much, but I can assure you I lost a LOT of weight!!
Also, cut out all soft drinks, sugar, candy, etc. Drink a lot of water and watch your fat intake. Don't eat fast food either! I assure you that if you do those things you will lose weight quickly. Be careful, and good luck :)

Answer: I'm assuming you're not doing cardio or squatts.
Cardio 35-45 minutes min 6 days a week. If your not sweating 10 to 15 minutes into your cardio, your "quickly" preference is not happening. This means you need to workout longer, or add more inensity. Water should be an arms reach away and used often.
Get your mind in synch with your body. Find a partner live or inanimate (wall) and do the old school dance the bump. Good cardio and it targets that side butt fat. I'm sure there's a link on you tube that demonstrates. Consider downloading "Doing the Butt" by Go-Go Artist Chuck Brown while you bump. Just avoid the urge to do the bump with strangers. Too much fun...
Squatts every other day allow your muscle to grow. The muscle tissue that you tear when you squat, needs 24 hrs to make firmer connections. Then the muscles are ready to go again. Squatts wont make your hips bigger or side butt fat bigger. Need proof? Check out the professional body builders, ever seen fat or muscle on the side of their asses when their facing forward? Nope, just the bootylicious butts when they profile.
*Basic Squatt
the # of reps will depend on your burn point. Keep doing the first untill you feel the muscles burn in your lower body. Do it in set of 8. First set now burn? Do another 8. No Burn do another. Once you know how many sets it takes to get to your burn point. It might be four sets of 8. Your goal is now 5 set of 8. Do what you can. Push yourself to surpass that point each time. Squat through the burn. You'll feel it all around your buttocks.
*To target the side buttocks try the Twist Squatt, same rule applies for the burn.
*Do the butt walk. Make sure you have on long excercise pants. On a hard surface, non-carpeted surface sit down with your legs and arms extended in front of you. You can see your feet flexed up naturally and your fingers pointing straight ahead of your extended arms. Keep your belly button tucked into your spine to support your back. Leg are spread slightly apart and then walk using your butt, you'll notice that the side of your butt is doing most of the work. Again have fun.

Answer: You might not be overweight, but your body probably stores more fat in your stomach area. Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of fat in that area is to lose weight. There is no way to target one spot of your body and just get the fat off without weight loss. You can try toning your stomach all you want, but the fat will not go away unless you burn it off properly, and you will not see your abs until you do.

Answer: Try hip abductors and hip adductors. There are machines for these in the gyms. They will help build muscle in these areas. This is a good exercise that targets the upper legs! Be careful no to do to many because it seems easy when you are doing it but the next day could be rough! Remeber less weight more reps to tone!

Question: loose fat? im 12 and i have 29.5% body fat. Over the summer i was thinking of running a mile or more every day except saterday and sunday. I was also going to play basketball for about 45 minutes everyday except saterday and sunday.

Answer: To lose fat you need to increase exercise and decrease calories.
What you've planned for exercise is good....IF you can stick to it. It's very aggressive, but you're only 12, so it may work. I would also add some pushups and ab exercises (crunches).
As for diet....It's more of a choice of eating properly. Get rid of the junk food. Stay away from McDonalds and BK....and completely eliminate Soda. If you increase your exercising you're going to need GOOD HEALTHY FOOD IN YOU.
