Loose Weight

Question: Loose weight? I have a 4 month old and I have recently started walking (since it has been good weather here lately). I wanted to know what other kind of exercises have ya'll done to loose the weight after having a baby.

Answer: Cardio is really good, so keep up the walking. However, lifting weights burns calories 24/7, and cardio does not. I would also get some light weights and use those at least 3-4 days a week. Yoga's great too!
