Answer: I'm familiar with Novedex XT. If that's the same product, there's no reduction; there's an increase because Novedex XT will block extrogen and increase testerone levels. So it's NOT effective for reducing libidio in men more the opposite◙

Answer: Actually quite an interesting question. Despite the raise in Testosterone caused by clomid though the answer is not really, no. "Clomid stimulates the hypothalamus to, in turn stimulant the anterior pituitary gland (aka hypophysis) to release gonadotrophic hormones. The gonadotrophic hormones are follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH - aka interstitial cell stimulating hormone (ICSH)). FSH stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone, and LH stimulates them to secrete more testosterone. This feedback mechanism is known as the hypothalamic-pituitary-testes axis (HPTA), and results in an increase of the body's own testosterone production and blood levels rise, to, in part, compensate for the diminishing levels of exogenous steroids. This is vital to minimise post cycle muscle losses." So, there may be a slight increase in Testosterone production in males caused by taking this drug however the body would even it out after a few days. As you obviously already know, clomids main use in the performance enhancing stakes is when used as part of Post Cycle Therapy. Nolvadex (Tamoxifen) works by flooding eostrogen receptors in the body with itself, effectively clogging them up before any free aromatase can bind to them. Again a raise in T levels may be noted but not for long enough to be considered performance enhancing. Your points about women using steroids is a valid one to some degree although I doubt you'd get any argument about birth control/menopause and linking them to performance enhancement to stick! Many males now are prescribed TRT (Testosterone replacement therapy) in the same way as women get HRT. Answer: It's not very smart to take premarin as you take Novaldex. See, Novaldex is an antiestrogen (actually more a SERM, but it is used as antiestrogen). Novaldex is usually taken as a suppressor of ER+ breast tumor growth. An ER+ tumor will be *stimulated* by premarin, which is a estrogen/progestagen mix. This unfortunately seems to be a frequent mistake made by doctors. I have a collegue whose mother sick with ER+ breast cancer who had to tell the doctor how much of a mistake this was. If Novaldex (which is the trade name of tamoxifen) is taken for ER+ breast cancer management, my advice is to IMMEDIATELY stop taking premarin.

Answer: I actually Just underwent my first round last month, and found out Wednesday i am pregnant. I did ask my Dr. what are the chances since he has baby pictures all of the clinic, some of which are twins, what are the chances of having twins for me. He said it's really never heard of. Answer: No, it won't. My neighbour is taking tamoxifen as she had breast cancer. She assures me her nipples haven't changed since being on the drug. Side effects can include hot flashes, headaches, fatigue, nausea and/or vomiting. Men who take tamoxifen may experience headaches, nausea and/or vomiting, skin rash, impotence, or a decrease in sexual interest.

Answer: At least you have done a little bit of research on steroids, but at your level of development, I think the risks outweigh the rewards. If your weight training and diet are in place, I would guess you could achieve the results you want in a year or less without steroids. As a beginner, your gains will come quickly. Probably less quickly than you expect in the short run (since you are already considering steroids), but more quickly than you expect in the "long run" (about a 4-5 month period). Most people I know who use steroids have been lifting hard for at least 10 years and had stopped making gains. They needed steroids to take them to the next level. Raw beginners and even intermediate lifters should not take steroids at all. I hope you reconsider your decision. You sound like you would have the discipline to follow through with a program for 4-5 months. Answer: Start clomid and nolva the day after your last pill. You only need nolva during your cycle if you notice signs of gyno. If you do then take 20 mgs nolva every day. For pct it should look like this: Week one - clomid 100mgs, nolva 40 mgs every day Week two - clomid 50 mgs, nolva 30 mgs every day Week three - clomid 50 mgs, nolva 20 mgs every day Take a liver protectant like Liv52 during the cycle and drink lots and lots of water.

Answer: Mac, If your doctor has diagnosed "Hormonally induced" gynocomastia, or the condition brought on by an estrogen imbalance, then this drug will work. It is a estrogen antagonist designed for reducign breast size in women with cancer. I didn't find anything about kidney challenges. I did find ntoes about decreased sexual function and decreased drive in males. Your doctor will want to monitor your testestorone levels while taking this medication. Tell your doctor if you start having erection problems, or stop getting erections all together.
