Question: What is the nutrition value of avocado skin and pit? I heard during Vitamix blender presentation in Costco that it's good to put avocado pit and skin into blender as well. But I can't find regular avocado nutrition information, for example here: http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search Was there any research done about skin and pits? Are they really good source of nutrition?
