Answer: Ginko is one,however keep in mind,there's not an Herbal Sup that will make you "smarter",just add "focus".Razor gave you good advice if nobody comes along to add any ideas,as Ginko is the only one I know of:-)
Oh,and also make sure you are taking atleast a daily Multi Vitamin and some Omega 3(fish oil)...unless your daily diet is "perfect",which most people's are not ofcourse.

I take omega 3, phosphatidyl serine, ginkgo biloba, and b complex every day. I'm assuming the outcome of consuming multiple brain supplements may only result in beneficial effects, but I'd like to be positive it's not like an overload or anything.
Answer: its defenetely possible to overload on vitamins. It can cause more harm than good. I suggest you research the combo you are taking. Truth is that food is a way better source of vitamins than suppliments although suppliments are great just don't hesitate to use as much food as possible

Question: Any good supplements for heavy brain fog and mental fatigue? I have unexplained health problems, brain fog, as well as low energy. If nothing else I want something to help alleviate brain fog and improve mental processes, as I find this is even worse than low energy.
Things i've tried:
- High doses of sublingual B12, and dibencozide: helps but not enough
- Omega 3 supplements: causes moodiness and anxiety, which cancels out the benefits
- B complex tablets: slight help at best
I cannot take SAM-e because I'm on an antidepressant. The antidepressant causes some tiredness, but the mental impairment and fatigue only came about recently so it is unrelated.
Anyone else with these problems found something that helps???

So it would therefore increase blood flow to areas like the brain, the legs and sex organs. Question: Preventing Alzheimer's and/or Dementia? My mom's mother had dementia, and my mom's father had Alzheimer's. I'm worried that as my mom ages she will face these same problems. I also fear that because she has it in her head that she will end up like them, she a) doesn't care to take any preventative measures, and b) just her frame of mind could bring on the symptoms sooner and more rapidly. (You know how people who aren't sick can make themselves sick because they believe it?)
She's only 55, but I feel like she's having problems with her short-term memory already. She tells me the same things over and over, she doesn't remember things my family members tell her... I mean, I know she's really busy but these small things worry me.

Question: anyone else take expecta? I stopped taking it for a while and I just started up again about 3 days ago.. and its starting to make me feel kinda sick.

Answer: I took it from day one all the way until i stopped breast feeding. it never made me feel sick at all, however everyone is different. I think its a good choice and if you can stick with it, then do so. they say its excellent for your baby..

Question: is eating too much protein supplement bad for your health? I hear that it is good for the brain and muscles
Answer: It can be. But you would have to consume A LOT of protein for this to happen. The major affect could be on your kidneys. But as long as you follow proper dosing, and drink plenty of water, you should be fine. Check with your doctor before using a protein supplement if you have any pre-existing kidney issues.

Answer: You would be better off taking a good Multi Vitamin/Multi Mineral tablet daily. That would provide you with the nutrients you may not be getting in your daily diet. If you take them separately, you might get them out of proportion & take too much of one & not enough of another. Too much iron for men can be toxic - if you're not careful.

Question: thinking of taking memo plus gold but my parents wont allow me? Answer: If is has has any active ingredients they should be listed on the packaging, if there aren't any you have probably totally wasted your money on rubbish. If there are look up it's contents on the 'net and see what properties thary have so that you can advise your parents.
