Answer: Petitioning for a parent takes about 18 months. They are not as strict as a visa for a fiancee or a spouse. Since your mom has no real intention of staying with you in the US, she has to tell the consul in her B2 interview that she wants to return to the Philippines after a visit with you. This is really a judgment call on the part of the consul. They may or may not grant the visa, but my bet is that they will. I hope your mom can articulate this very well. Hope you see your mom soon.

Answer: simply tell the truth and explain why you want to go, how long you intend to stay, how your trip will be paid for, and provide reasonable assurances that you will honor all visa requirements.

Answer: Call the port from which you will be departing and ask to speak to the port agent. Whenever there's a question about documentation, this is the person that is called. The port agent works directly with customs and immigration. DO IT NOW. If you need to get additional documents, you will have time. Also make sure you get the name of the port agent and their phone number. This way on embarkation day, if there's any questions, you can have the ground staff talk to the person you've already spoken too. Believe me, it will save a lot of time and you'll be glad you did all this ahead of time.

Answer: There is NO quick or easy way. The applicant must apply in person and go in for an interview. B2 visas are currently very hard to get...all U.S. embassies are on a holy tear now because of soooo much illegal immigration and sooo much visa FRAUD. This means that good , honest people have a hard tme getting a visa. The BIGGEST thing the visa officer will be looking for is proof that the applicnt will return to his home...STRONG ties are very important. To apply, the process is exactly the same for every person in every country. Your friend can go to the website below , read all instructions, fill out the forms on-line and print them out. He then needs to read the instructions on how to go make payment at a bank, save the receipt , Call the embassy for an interview app't. The interview is very brief. The whole process takes a minimum of 2 months, often longer. NO ONE can have any influence on the embassy...they are very firm about this.

Answer: The B2 is still flying although I believe they were grounded as a precaution after an accident, that may be why you are confused. And yes it is the Air Force that flys them, the Army has much lighter stuff. Exploitation sounds like the wrong word, did you mean deployment?

Question: Anyone ever flown in a B-2 bomber simulator? I got the chance to go to Whiteman Air Force Base and I meet a B-2 pilot. He took my flight instructor and my friend and I in the B-2 simulator. We got to take off and refuel and land. It was so amazing and I was just wandering if any of you have had that chance.

Answer: You're Lucky! I flew a T-38 simulator for a good amount of time and was fortunate enough to get to fly an F-16 simulator but never a B-2. Even getting to fly the sim for a plane that costs over $1.5 billion would be cool. I start Air Force pilot training in a few weeks so who knows, maybe one day I'll get to fly the real thing. Answer: It will not be granted. Unless you are adopting an orphan through a recognized international adoption agency the following will apply..... The adoption must be final BEFORE the child's 16th birthday. You must live in Haiti with the child in your home for 2 full years AFTER the adoption becomes complete. At that time you can file an I-130 for an alien family member. There's NO chance of this kid gettting a B2 visa.

You could enter to participate in a voluntary service program benefiting U.S. local communities, if you establish that you are a member of and have a commitment to a particular recognized religious or nonprofit charitable organization and that no salary or remuneration will be paid from a U.S. source, other than an allowance or other reimbursement for expenses incidental to the volunteer's stay in the United States.
