Answer: Hi, I used PP over a year ago and the results were not that good. I did a little research and found out some interesting facts. According to the independant clinical trials on PP it suggests that it will do some of what is suggested but no better than most of the leading brands of multivitamins/shakes etc. It goes on to say that the PP formula is hard to break down in the avergae persons system and that a lot of the anitoxidants and vitamins cannot be absorbed as they pass through the body too quickly. The trials relate that the best products for vitamin/nutrient/antioxidant and rotein absorbtion are the shapeworks ones. I have since switched and I have noticed a big difference over the last few months in my overall health. I would recommend the shapeworks ones, they are as the trials suggested the best on the market.
