Answer: Diet and Exercise, you'll hear it a thousand times but that is it. Reduce your meal size, eat 6 small meals equally spaced through out the day. At least 20 minutes a day exercise, 4 to 6 days a week.

Answer: I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. A good way to lose weight if you are still at school is to try and join in as many sports activities as you can manage. Football and rugby are good as you will be running around a lot and burning off a lot of calories. Swimming is also a good activity as you will be toning up your whole body.
Try and cut down on junk food and fizzy cola drinks but make sure you eat regularly well balanced meals 3 times a day (please do not try and starve yourself as this will not work and will only make you feel ill and lethargic).

Answer: Yes, definitely drink lots of water. I usually have a glass of milk, and a glass of fruit juice every day, but I mostly drink water. I workout Mon-Fri. On Mon, Wed, and Friday, I do 30 min of cardio on my treadmill (you can do any type of cardio you like). After that I do 75 crunches (25 of three different types)followed by dumbbells and push ups( 3 reps of 10). I also do crunches on the days in between (Tues & Thurs). Cardio is the most important kind of exercise, because it exercises your heart, lungs, and it burns fat. The other stuff just tones the muscles. I started working out around new years, and so far I have lost 30lbs. I went from a size 13 to a size 7. I pretty much eat whatever I want, but in small portions ( not too much fat and sugar though).

All of those other weight loss programs give temporary weight loss. You may lose 20 pounds fast, but you'll gain 30 pounds faster if you don't stick with the unrealistic diet for the rest of your life (very hard to do).
You lose weight best when you get all the nutrients you need, then your metabolism runs smoothly, your body works efficiently, and it knows it can release the extra fat.
Take care of your body, and love it. That works way better than any typical diet program.
Also, WATER. Drink lots. Green tea is great too.
