Hello iam 21 years old currently bodybuilding i weigh 11stone 8lbs 8%b.f. iam currently going to go through a bulk phase in an attempt to gain muscle over the winter months then rip up in the summer hopefully for comps. i am currently using protein, glutamine and HMB but i was wondering about takin tribulous pro (myprotein.com) now since im 21 im thinkin maybe this would do more harm than good since my test is ( or should be) through the roof. does anyone recommend any other supplements, zma etc.. that would could help me add muscle? thanks
