Cellulite Diet

Question: Is it possible to work off cellulite with diet and exercise alone? I'm only 16 so I still have collagen and a good metabolism by the way I quit ballet this year and haven't been working out at all, ever, I've gained only 10 pounds though but the back of my thighs and butt are really dimply and never have been.. I'm willing to start working out a lot and eating very healthily, but do you think it will be possible to lose cellulite?

Answer: There is nothing special about cellulite. It is just fat near the surface of the skin. Yes, exercise and healthy eating are the only way to go. Surgery is expensive and dangerous and doesn't address the root cause. Creams and such are all bogus so don't bother.
