Diet Rules

Question: What are some really easy diet rules for me to lose weight? I am on a mission to lose 15 pounds. I want to create healthier habits for the future. I want to lose weight THE RIGHT WAY and I want to KEEP THE WEIGHT OFF. Any surefire, super easy tips/tricks to lose the pounds?

Answer: I've lost quite a bit of weight and several of the things I did were, quit all sodas, drink lots of water, eat more fresh foods instead of stuff in boxes. Replace the unhealthy snacks with healthier ones. Instead of Ice cream grab a yogurt, instead of candy bar, cereal bar (whole wheat). One of the biggest things for me was getting rid of white breads and going whole wheat for everything. Good Luck
