Answer: I would perhaps get in contact with The Office of Fair Trading. They have some advice about buying health products on the internet and your rights. The basic advice is that you wouldn't expect a high street store to behave like this so you shouldn't have to put up with it because it's an internet site.

Also, weekends don't count as delivery day so say you ordered 3 day shipping on thurs, then its shipping on friday, monday then it arrives on tuesday. When you order online, they should give you a tracking number so you'll know where it currently is.

Get a regulary workout routine and eat healthy. Results take a while to see, but once you see them you will be amazed.
