Question: Is there any easy weight loss that does not involved work out? I know work out is good for weight loss but I am a lazy person that do not like to move a lot.Is there any food,drink or pills that can help me out of this?I am very sad for my weight now.(158Kg)
Answer: Well....I couldn't agree that a healthy weight loss does not involved without workout.
By the way, here's some way that to those who does not have time or lazy to workout.
There simple method:
1)Try some coffee.Coffee is a good stuff for dieters.1-2cup a day would be enought and not too much it might harm your health.
2)Sleep early.Sleeping on time is a must for dieters.Sleeping time not accurately would cause a harmful weight problems to you.
3)Move abit after everymeal.I highly recommended you guys move at least 5-10min after every meal.Those who are overweight problems probably have a long sitting time on chair.So avoid these mistakes.
By the way,for my passed experience workout with combine taking neutral diet pills(Zotrim) and take healthy meal would be a great option for dieters.(Don't try to skip meals it might cause more weight to you)

Answer: u must have at least ine dumbell or some kind of weight right, get it..lie flat on a bench with your head at the end of the bench..lie very calm..take the weight..hold it above your head with ur elbows straight..your arms should be vertically uprigh..you should hold the weight with both ure hands...once u do that..keeping ur arms straight and elbow straight, slowly move the weight to behind ur head..like a 90 degree angle with ur arms still being straight..keep moving back and forward...does wonders to ur chest
for ur abdomen, lie flat on the ground, your arms should go whilst keeping them flat and straight on the ground..hold onto something with ur arms and slowly try lifting ur legs off the ground..slowly lift it and then bring it back down..keep doing it till u are tired:P like before, does wonders
tip:dont expect rapid results..you will see gradual changes:)

Answer: I've recently lost 65lbs since April 9 doing the following:
Do not eat over 2000 calories. Make your calories count. 2000 is a lot believe it or not. I kept my food intake as fat free as possible. And here is the kicker for true success...get a diet journal and write what you eat down. You'll be amazed of how easy it is.
Staple foods with this plan is a lot of chicken breast. Vegetables in the frozen section have a lot to offer that are very low calorie. Snack items...sugar free jello gelatin, sugar free jello pudding. Fresh fruit. 100 calorie snack packs make it easy to keep track.
I lost 21lbs my first month by doing the above and I did not exercise at all. Your weight loss does slow down after this initial period so incorporating some sort of physical activity is essential if you really want to kick it up a notch.

Running in the morning helps alot...its the FASTEST way to lose weight...do it about three times a week.

My experience:
Home:
No problem for first few years till 1975 years.
Added a cup of coffee to my intake nothing changed 30 years later, 365 x 30 x18 = 197100 cal in that time frame = 54.75 pounds.
All this 54.6 pounds of weight, more then the ideal weight can be attributed to a one tea spoon of sugar, in a cup of coffee every day.
After adding some 60 pounds this way yeastier day only I started evaluating the weight gain and I came up with this calculations.
How about those teaspoons of sweet nothings, sugar only?
Kitchen:
I had only one problem I did not work out that 18 cal every day by just straightening up the kitchen and scrubbing that kitchen sink very day and keeping it like new.
Work Place:
I had a parking place very close to the door so I did not get chance to walk enough to work those 18 cal off.
School:
Ha!, ha!!, ha!!!, this is where I acquire knowledge but my problem is that I just realized that 18 cal of sugar in coffee has made me fall in the obese category, from normal in 30 years.
I use to walk 6 miles to school both ways up and I am not kidding, I lived at one end of the hill and school was at the other end of the hill. So up the hill down the hill to school and same thing coming back.

you need to understand the weight loss mechanism. Believe me you can eat any thing and every thing as long as you do not eat more then you burn up by doing things (not necessarily exercises, but exercises are very good for you and provide a regimental way to loose weight).

It does not matter if you eat very little, but if you are use to 3 large hardy meals then after eating them your stomach send the signal to the system to provide blood to it. So doing any strenuous exercises can be dangerous. So it is not recommend, but a slow walk after eating is highly recommended. In the olden day it is a must about 15 minute or so.

Answer: I would suggest you try to tread water for a long period of time for at least an hour.You can go at a pace you like and see how long you can go without stopping. That will build up your muscle as well as shed of a ton of fat. Just remember that it is better to swim for long periods of time rather than swimming like crazy and then resting after one little lap. Also, remember that anyone can tread no matter if your Michael Phelps or an inexperienced swimmer. Try this and you won't believe how good of an exercise this is for you. Good luck.

Answer: Giving up soda is a great way to cut back.
Soda has a ton of sugar that clogs arteries and its just really bad for you. Its hard to say how much weight you will lose because every1's body is different and I don't know what other foods you eat....
