Answer: Don't eat it then. Make yourself something healthy.
Question: How do you eat spicy food without going to the hospital? i eat a lot of spicy food but i am about to go to eat the spiciest buffalo wings in my state. if i can eat like 10 of these wings than i will get my name on the wall there, to eat the wings you have to sign a contract.
i was wondering if you guys had any tips on how i can tolerate the spicy sauce. foods that get rid of the spice, preparation before i eat, how to eat it to avoid burning my tongue, or any other tips?
Answer: Can't give you a ton of advice regarding preparation or the process itself, but a quick way to deal with the spice after you've finished eating is to drink a thick, cold smoothie made with yogurt. Yogurt counteracts the heat.
I love spicy food myself. I'd say just deal with the heat, it's only 10 wings, right? And it'll be fun. And probably tasty.

Question: How can I eat healthy without eating pieces of fruit and vegetable? I have a little problem. Well, actually a pretty big one. To be healthy you should eat 3-6 pieces of fruit and vegetables. But I just can't eat it that way without nearly vomiting. I do however like soup and orange juice and everything which contains no pieces. Problem is, I only eat soup once or twice a week and orange juice can't replace my daily need.
What can I do to eat more healthy? Does frozen soup contain all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that fresh soup does? That might be a solution.
Answer: How about eating/drinking things like orange juice and soup and working your way up to fruits and veggies. You're probably just not used to eating them!
Question: What foods do you eat, that you wouldnt eat if they werent good for you? If you didnt have to worry about your health would you not eat some foods that you eat now? I dont think I would eat bananas or green beans, theyre OK, but if I didnt have to worry about eating good foods I probably wouldn't eat them. My diet would probably consist of pizza with extra cheese and hamburgers.

Question: How come when I eat or drink cold things I start to cough? Like if I was drinking a slushy or eating ice-cream, I'd start to cough while eating it.

Then when I finish eating/drinking the cold thing I stop coughing.
Doesn't hurt or anything like that, and I'm not sick while doing so because It's every time I eat/drink something cold.
And the cold thing is usually some kind of drink or desert.

Answer: Icy thing have an adverse effect to your throat, a sort of allergy.
To overcome this you may start taking a very small portion, 2 to 3 times daily.
If there is sign of improvement, increase the intake slowly.
After a period of time icy stuffs will post no effect on you throat.
Question: What to eat and when to eat when doing cardio workouts? I get up every morning around 6 am, have some coffee, then jog for an hour. I usually have a fruit smoothie with fresh fruit and yogurt, 1 egg, and a peice of plain whole wheat toast as soon as I am finished my workout. I was wondering if eating after my workout is better or should I eat before? And is what I am eating good for after the workout?

Question: How to eat apple in the morning without it burning my stomach? It would be nice if I could eat an apple in the morning to wake me up, but every time I do, my stomach hurts really bad. I think it's cause the apple is acidic and I have an empty stomach in the morning. Is there any thing I could eat before I eat the apple to stop this? Apples, or fruit in general, never make my stomach hurt if it's during the day or at night if I've previously eaten.

Answer: The same thing happens to me if I drink orange juice on an empty stomach. Maybe just a few saltines or a piece of toast would help. Or a glass of milk?
Question: Is it possible to eat too many oats? I really love oats and since giving up smoking I find myself probably overindulging in them - I've been telling myself it's better than chocolate - however, I am eating a lot - e.g. I would eat half a box of Nairns rough oat cakes a day, plus a bowl of porridge (oatabix) and an assortment of oat type sweet biscuits - with limited sugar. I also love wholemeal bread and would eat maybe 6 slices of this a day as well. I do eat plenty of fruit vegetables and proteins too ....apart from the possibility of putting on weight, is there any harm in eating lots (and lots) of oaty things?
Answer: Yep! no matter how good something is too much can be harmful. eg: too little or no roughage will cause constipation and too much will cause diarrhea so you have to try and balance your diet.
Question: What should I eat before & after working out to maximize the effects of the workout? I work out for an hour each morning. I usually eat a bowl of cereal or something for breakfast before working out, and then work out, then don't eat anything again until lunch. Is it better to eat before AND after working out, and if so, what should I be eating?
Answer: It depends on what your overall goal is. If you are losing to lose weight...
Drink juices before to burn fat ...and then veggies and fruit and simple carbs to help burn fat.
If you are looking to build muscle.....
Eat simple starches, brown rice, oatmeal, beans and potatoes to build muscle during exercise...and lean meats and veggies to repair muscle.
Always include carbs and lean meat in some capacity and/or volume because they are a cornerstone to eliminating waste as well as energy burning. \

Answer: Carbohydrate foods, like pastas. Potatoes work also. Carb up the night before and during the day for really heavy, long workouts (4+ hours with heart rate over 160).
I will tell you, though, that if you're not physically trained and ready for it, carbo loading is not going to help much.
Really, you shouldn't need a ton of carbo loading. It's only a 2 hour workout. It's not like you're going to burn 8,000 calories. One good hearty pasta lunch, with plenty of protein, should give you the carbs you need by 7pm. Eat a balanced dinner, but you won't be able to load up on food at dinnertime, you'll have to do that at lunch. Eat a protein-rich breakfast like eggs with some carbs.

Answer: Soft pretzels are terrible...they are just white bread in a different form. You wouldn't sit down and enjoy 5 pieces of Wonderbread would you?
Take your own food with you in your purse. You can take along protein bars, packaged turkey or chicken slices and even low fat string cheese with some water or tea.
Question: How many people eat when emotional stress is high? What is a good way to curve this? When I have had a very stressful day with my kids I start eating. It's not so out of control that I down a bag of chips or eat a box of cookies. I eat like a bunch of little snacks, like candy bars, fruit, or the worst is corn nuts. Answer: I just realized recently that I am a "stress eater". I have gained so much weight since my last baby and nothing I did would help. I'd lose a little but then find myself gaining it right back and more. It's good that you realize it before it gets out of control and you gain a lot of weight before knowing it. I've lost 25 lbs now and recognize when the stress level is high that I need to grab an apple or an orange instead of chips or cookies. It was hard at first, but always keep healthy food choices handy....because you know that stress could pop up at any time. Also, take some time out for yourself...go for a walk, read a few chapters in a good book, put some headphones on for a while and just relax. Take time to breathe and always take time for yourself....don't let food pacify or comfort you. Good luck.
Question: I ate way to much on easter today. How should i eat the rest of the way to make sure i dont gain weight? I usually eat 850-1500 calories a day sometimes more but today i ate sooo many i couldnt even count. I'm 13 and im 5 foot one inch and already weight 115 and dance 5 days a week for 1-4 hours. I also do gymnastics once a week for 3 hours. I dont want to gain any weight so what should i do to make sure i dont because im already trying to lose weight.

Question: How can I eat a worm without getting sick? I, as well as another 7th grade teacher, promised our students that we would both eat a worm if they earned a certain amount of good behavior points.
Are fishing worms safe? Should we cook them or eat them raw? If we do need to cook them, what's a good way to prepare them?
It should be a fun event if they earn it because we will first trick them by eating gummy worms. But we will then eat the real thing.
