Question: Does Echinacea have effects on Yasmin? I'm thinking of taking a mulitvitamin packet that also includes the herb enchinacea. Since it's a herb, will it decress the effectiveness of my Yasmin? Please don't guess when you answer (as others have done before) and give me any false information. I would like correct answers, preferrable with links. Thanks sooo much!!
Answer: hi no it dosent because echinacea is a herb based vitamin, and yasmin is hormonal medicine. they will not interact, i'm on implanon and i take echinacea aswell cos i've asthma and it helps keep away colds and allergies, i find it very good and my implanon is 100% working aswell. if its in a drink form then u can take it anytime but if its in pill or tablet form take it a few hours before or after yas. it wont interact but u dont want to make your stomach process too much at the same time either.

Question: Is this a good way to take care of my hair? i have black girl's hair, very kinky and dry at times
my mom used to braid my hair and when she braided it, i would only wash it when the braids came out cus that's what she told me to do. i would oil it once a week with Blue magic Conditioner. then when the braids came out, my mom decided to perm it. after perming it, maybe a month later, she put the braids back in and when i took the braids out, my hair broke a lot and it would keep breaking. so eventually i got most of it cut off into almost a pixie look.
now my mom moved out and i'm taking care of my hair on my own and i was wondering if this routine would be a nice way of taking care of my hair:
On mondays i use the blue magic hair oil conditioner
Wednesdays i wash my hair and use this yellow oil with a lot of natural ingredients
and saturdays, i use olive oil for treatment and wash my hair after and use the yellow oil again ( Light and natural Indian Hemp Hair and Scalp Treatment )
on Sundays i use a leave in deep conditioner that gives protein.
When i wash my hair, i use tresemme shampoo and condition, both have aloe vera and avocado.
Every morning i massage my head for 2 minutes and at night for 2 minutes.
is this a good way to help my hair grow back? what else would you recommend me to do?
i did a lot of research on my hair type and i want to believe i'm doing the right thing to help it grow.
i Realy dont want it to break again :(

Answer: A great way to moisturize and strengthen hair is to use coconut oil. Coconut oil thickens the cuticle and prevents protein loss, making your hair stronger. If you're having a problem with breakage, I would definitely give it a try. You can find it at health food stores, grocery stores, etc. Make sure you get organic, unrefined, virgin coconut oil. Hopefully this helps :)
Question: Ways to help boost immune system? This year I have gotten sick SO much. I've gotten colds at least 6 or 7 times. I've always had bad sinuses but never like this before and I think it's because my immune system in low. I am starting to take vitamin c tablets and enchinacea every morning. I also try to get enough sleep (around 10 hours a night) and eat lots of veggies. What else could I do to strengthen my immune sytem?
Answer: Try an apple a day and also some citrus like oranges or tangerines or something you enjoy. There's a reason they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and citrus has TONS of vitamin C. Other than that, when you feel a cold or something coming on double or triple up on enchinacea and it will kill the bug before you actually get sick or will shorten the sick time to a day or two, but taking it everyday and everything else in itself is going to help TONS. Eat healthy (which helps for overall health), try drinking some green or white tea too, and make PUREL a habit. Sounds like you're on the right track!
