Question: Do fat burners work in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise or have I wasted my money? I know you need to exercise and eat healthy, but I paid £10 for fat burners form a health shop, I have wasted so much money on trying to get rid of my fat stomach. Will these do something?
Answer: If you know right diet info and method, diet is easy. If you are really serious, you need to have fast diet method that works for you. I highly recommend you my diet method for you. I lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks and it was very fast. You can do it too. You can get more info at link below.
Question: What does everyone think about the use of fat burners? I have been taking fat burners for the past month along with serious exercise and proper diet. I have lost just over a stone and I'm feeling better than ever, but a few people have said that the fat burners will do long term damage. I wanted to know what other people think aswell?
Answer: Fat burners will not help you lose weight, and some of them might be harmful to you.
Forget the fat burners and concentrate on diet and exercise. It's the diet and exercise that have made you lose weight, not the fat burners.
Question: Do cyclists recommend taking fat burners as opposed to energy gels? I'm a casual cyclist, but I'm starting to commute to work more often. I currently use energy gels, but they don't seem to have the effect I'm looking for. I get exhausted after 20 minutes on the bike. A friend recommended a fat burner. Are fat burners better than energy gels? Why or why not?
Answer: You are pedaling too hard. You want to spin at 70-90 rpm's and use a gear that is easy to pedal. That will keep your legs from wearing out. Don't worry about how fast you are going, you will get faster as you get stronger. You want a pace that you feel you can do all day long. You can pick up the pace the last part of your commute, it will help you get stronger.
Question: Should i take those fat burners like hydroxycut or ripped fuel to cut fat and make weight for competition? im 160 and usually compete at 141. I gained more than usual due to a layoff from surgery. Should i take those fat burners or do they mess you up and just stick to diet and roadwork?
Answer: No because diuretics strip your muscles of water and you will cramp up in your fight. Are you amatuer? Pro? I fought amies for 12 years and Professionally for 9 and I found those supps (back then they contained Ephedra) made me cramp in-fight. I'd take them two weeks prior to making weight. Since you said 141 you must be amatuer novice. Three 2 minute rounds. If that's the case DO NOT USE DIURETICS, amies is all about scoring and scoring is all about getting off fast and sharp which takes fast twitch muscle fibers and you strip your muscles of water you are gonna cramp. Just starve yourself for 48 hours eating fruit salad and a protein shake twice a day or steamed chicken twice a day for 48 hours and run twice a day in a sweat suit, make weight and carbo load immediately after the weigh in to replenish your glycogen storage and water in the muscle. Muscle is 75% water and 25% protein. By eating sufficient protein during those 48 hours you will minimize muscle catabolism (your body eating its own muscle for energy) so carb load and eat protein to to assure the absorbtion of glycogen into the muscle. Try a supp called L-Glutamine to assue proper protein synthesis and glycogen absorbtion. Otherwise if you need any advice I did this for over 20 years so e-mail me at [email protected] and I'd be more than happy to help. Good luck and fight with your heart. Peace....
Question: Is it possible to speed up the THC detox process with Fat burners? Is it possible to get clean from THC faster than 120 days, using fat burners in addition to lots of water?
Answer: What is monte talking about? Dunno but anyway I dont see how fat burners will work to speed up THC removal, because fat burners really dont burn fat. The best thing I can tell you is to try a detox cleanser. An important note dont go to GNC as they are the devil and will rip you off. I bought this detox bottle from them to do exactly the same thing as you, and all that was inside was one pill and a whole wad of tissue paper. Detox supps arent proven to remove THC quicker but it cant hurt to try.
Question: Would using Creatine be good in building muscle, then taking some fat burners to get rid of the bloat help me ? Hey, I was just wondering if using creatine through the winter months to lift would help me get bigger. But starting spring, start taking fat burners to get ripped and defined for the summer. Does anyone think this would be ok or healthy? Would I lose all the muscle built when I stop using it?
Answer: Creatine is a great supplement dont get me wrong it has great uses in helping you do more workload and while on it even has affects of a adding more size/weight to your appearance. Though your question is will it stick with you once you stop taking it. No. If you use it for the performance enhancement of being able withstand more workload on muscle groups then I think you will be pleased but the water retention will go away after a week or so and that added effect will leave once you stop adding it to your routine.
Fat burners are great ways to help lean up I enjoy Lipo6 myself but honestly some people can just drink lots of green tea and get close to the same effects. It all depends on your age / metabolism / and cardio level.
Question: can fat burners help in defining your muscles? im taking 4 capsules of creatine everytime i work out... but the problem is i just got bigger... im planning on taking some fat burners to help me define my body.. do you think its ok?
Answer: This is a tough question to answer. Even though many people talk about weight, what really matters is how much of your body weight is fat. The body mass index (BMI) is an approximate measure of body fat. It is based on your height and weight. A BMI between 19 and 25 is considered a normal amount of body fat. If someone's BMI is 25 to 29.9, that person is said to be overweight. A person is said to be obese if his or her BMI is 30 or higher. The higher your BMI, the greater your risk for diseases
Question: what is the difference between fat burners and thermogenics? what is the difference between fat burners and thermogenics?
Answer: Nothing
Question: Can anyone recommend good fat burners which can be available in India? I need info on good fat burners which can be available in india and please advice me which is worthy to use..
Answer: Good fat burners? You already have the perfect fat burner. It's called your metabolism. The trick is, to keep it high while you lower your food intake just a little bit.
Don't count on pills or supplements to do the job.
To lose fat:
1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS!
2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won't work in the long run.
3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda).
6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this.
7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don't worry; you won't look like the hulk if you lift weights.
8. You should lose about 1-2lbs per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass.
9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.
Question: What is the best fat burners to use with workouts? I'm looking to lose 10 pounds to cut up in two weeks. I need a moderate priced ($20-30) fat burner that works amazingly! I've read online on lots of products but I would like your opinion if you have ever used that product that you are recommending.
Answer: Try to just keep all them chemicals out of your biological body you may damage it.
I lost by running 60 minutes twice a week.
I don't take pills for losing weight I plan to live 70 years old.
So I keep everything as natural as possible.
Your liver and kidneys need a break don't over work them you
might damage them....cumulative damage.
Question: Can I take fat burners like hydroxycut while taking Alli at the same time? I am already on a low fat low cal diet and i have been taking Alli since it came out. I would like to kick up my fat burning another notch by taking fat burners.
I try to exercise when i can, but right now its hard to find the time because I have a newborn and 2 year old at home. Also, when im not working my wife is, so if im not at work im home with the kids.
Answer: My guess that you could take both, but it wouldn't be a safe combo. One blocks your body from absorbing fat while the other will force your body to burn the fat (that's being blocked from being absorbed) faster. Sounds to me like a deadly mix of too many drugs. I'd say take one or the other, but not both at the same time.
There are many ways to find time to work out. Even with young kids at home. If you and the wife work opposite schedules you can find a good workout tape to use at home, or take the kids out to the park and go for a power walk (strollers are great for little kids!) for 30 minutes or so. Or, you could join a gym that has a nursery. I know the YMCA has nurseries as well as Gold's. Then you won't have to worry about finding a sitter for an hour, you'll have one at the gym!
Question: Have you ever used fat burners and do they work successfully? I'm thinking of trying maximuscle thermobol or maybe even a different fat burner, but do you know if they work or not?
Answer: Tried a couple in my time. I won't go into brand names.
Not sure of your experience so will assume a basic workout is performed.
What fatburners aim to do is increase calorific expenditure by raising metabolism and increasing core temperature in most cases. Some will be stuffed with caffeine to make you alert. Be aware of this if you already train on caffeine, as it is a big hit. Others contain chemicals and foodstuffs that will make your body work a little faster metabolically. Eating raw chillies will have the same effect as many.
I would do some research (avoid them if your heart is not good) and maybe ditch them in lieu of CLA for the first 6 weeks of training. Green tea and L-Tryptophan are cheap as supplements and both assist. A healthy diet will contain loads of the stuff anyway (eggs, turkey, fish etc).
If you are not training, don't waste your money. Fatburners will not do anything for you on a sofa. They are best used as part of your aerobic activity. You will "run a bit hotter". Get plenty of fluids though.
Also you should take them long before bedtime (at least 6 hrs for the potent ones), else you will be staring at the ceiling all night.
Best fat burning in a small gym would be to have a good workout with weights to deplete your glycogen levels and then go for your cardio, as at that point you will be burning away at the fat...and all naturally.

Question: I am in a toss up between a few fat burners. Suggestions? I have been eating a clean diet and doing 20 minutes of HIIT 5 days a week. I eat a clean diet at 2500 calories per day. I am in a toss up on a few fat burners I am looking at taking to shed off those final 10 pounds to get shredded. I am in a toss up bewtween VPX Meltdown, Redline Concentrate, Liquid Clenbutrx, or Gasparis Mitotropin.
Answer: I've tried all that you mentioned except the meltdown and non of them really helped other than making me jittery and awake. I'd especially recommend you stay away from the redline if you're health conscious. That one would make me really edgy, although I must say that mixed with vodka its good for going to a club.
From trial after trial using fat burners I realized that you get ridiculously small returns for the cost. From what you've posted you're problem in losing that last 10 lbs lies more in your exercise routine. HIIT is really good increasing your resting metabolic rate which helps burn fat and keep your body from adding fat to storage, but its not the end all solution to weight loss. You still need to include sustained work out.
Every year for biking season I have to work off that "last 10 lbs" that I let build up off-season and have found that a mix of HIIT and sustained running/biking really is the most efficient way to cut down on weight. When non high intensity running, the first 25-35 minutes is fueled by "standby" energy, then after that your body has to start burning its fat reserves to supply energy. This is where you see a lot of weight loss, i.e. cross-country runners are thin as twigs. By putting in a couple 1/1.5 hour endurance runs every week I guarantee you will see way more improvement than any fat burner will give you.
Just remember
HIIT to burn the food you eat and a little fat
Endurance exercise to burn pure fat off
