Question: Fat loss?!?!? I want to lose fat around my belly and thighs a little on my arms and calfs. Im 5ft 9 inches and i wear 190. I want to lose fat i dont care about how much i weigh i just want to look good. Its just that i dont have a high metabolisim. So i have aout 2 hours a day that i could use to workout.
but i cant go to the gym i have an ellipitical at home and i have weights.

Answer: Chest flyes are great for shredding the chest muscles. I don't care what the eight or so people ahead of me say, you CAN target fat loss. You should combine your workouts with cardio to maximize fat burn, but truthfully if you do chest flyes with low weights for a lot of reps, you can definitely cut down your chest and get those nice striations. Just lie on a bench with your arms stretched out at your sides, arms slightly bent, and bring your hands together above you. Make sure you are focusing you attention on tightening the chest muscles and ensuring that's where your movement is coming from, especially as you are releasing back to the rest position.

Question: How long does it take for your body to show your fat loss? I just recently upped my workout routine and was wondering when I would see the fat loss (assuming I am doing everthing correctly, diet, workout plan, etc) Is there some kind of delay on fat loss, or, say if you lost 1/4 pound in a day, would you actually see it?

The upped routine is 3-4x a week 30 min of weight training, and 7 days of 45 min on the eliptical. (I was going only 4 days a week doing weights 3 days and cardio all 4)
