Question: What are the problems associated with too little and too much fluid? What are the problems associated with too little and too much fluid prior to, during, and after exercise? Give an example of a recommendation regarding fluid and electrolyte consumption that would be appropriate for an athlete in one sport but inappropriate for an athlete in a different sport.

Answer: any athleate will need to consome far more liquids than a relaxing human, to little can result in de hidraction, and their inturnal orgens will start to shut down, to much and they can expeareance their orgens explode inside them, like 2 galons without moving or going to the bathroom
