Question: Anyone know of any websites of FREE diet plans? Free easy meal recipes? I don't have nearly enough time in my day to spend hours at the gym or hours on food...I just need something fast and easy, yet nutritious and small! Nothing too serious, just for fifteen or twenty pounds, if that.
Answer: U can loose weight fast with the regular use of "HEBALIFE FORMULA 1"
Mail me if U want more information!!!!!!
Question: Sugar free diet/meal plan? Sugar free, not like the sugar free in "sugar free gum"...? Apparently, my coach wants my teammates and I to go on a sugar-free, low-carb/low-cal diet. Is this even possible? If so, could you suggest a meal plan for me?
P.S. Not as in sugar free on sugar free gum!
Answer: Your coach is smart, but I don't think he meant to be. A period of low-calorie, high fiber dieting is good for your body's detoxification processes.
You should be eating plenty of fruit, like apples, plums, peaches, nectarines, oranges, and a banana here and there. (Other fruits, also, but try not to eat dates and avocados so much. They're high calorie foods... and so are bananas, but one every now and then won't hurt, and it's good for your sleep cycles.)
You should also eat a small salad (at least) every day, and you should, if you're still doing a lot of physical training and exercise, eat high quality meats like lean beef, lamb, fish, REAL (not breaded shit) chicken, and tough (very chewy and hard) jerkies. If you're a vegan or vegetarian, you should either eat avocados, bananas, beans, salad, and nuts/seeds... or get yourself some isolated protein blends. (Amino acid blends, or protein powders (soy, rice, etc).
Have fun. Drink lots of water.
EDIT: The "nurse" that has posted in reply to your question suggests that artificial sweeteners like Equal and Splenda are safe. Don't be so naive, however. Do your own research to find that studies show liver and kidney damage and failure during high-intake stages of such things as these. Yes, all artifical sweeteners. If it's an isolated sweetener that's NOT stevia or stevia's derivatives, it's likely dangerous. (Honey can be overdone, but I find that agave nectar can be used as a lower calorie and low GI sweetener by even diabetics.)
EDIT2: Fruit sugars and fruit sugar isolates are packed into fiber and are naturally much easier on your body's systems. You need plant sugars to survive, as you need plant or animal fats to survive. You have to get some sugar intake or you'll be in very bad health before long. Your coach may have meant isolated cane sugar and beet sugar. You should avoid those, naturally, even if your coach didn't exactly mean for you to understand what he said that way.
Question: where can i get free low GI diet meal plans, recipes ect? what can i eat on it, where can i get recipes and stuff for free ? ive tried looking on the internet but so far nothing
thanks x
Answer: a low GI diet basically involves food that releases energy slowly and keeps your blood sugar level stable throughout the day so you feel full for longer and you don't get dips in your energy.
high GI foods include;
white bread, water melon, pizza, burger buns (any white bread basically) muesli, all cream based soups, processed meats, burgers, full fat cheese, butter, chips, chocolate, jelly, regular soft drinks and many others (most things with refined carbohydrates)
low GI foods include;
most fruit and veg, wholemeal bread, basmati rice, nuts, beans and pulses, oat bran, porridge, chicken breast, lean beef, egg whites, fruit yoghurts and many others
try going to your local library and looking through the cook book section or visit www.gidiet.co.uk, select your location in the world and select sample recipes. i bought a small cheap GI diet book from tesco's (the GI guide) and it lists all the foods in columns telling you if they are high medium or low GI and has some recipes as well x
www.gidietrecipes.co.uk is also a place that gives free recipes

Question: does anyone have a wheat free diet plan outlining what they have for each meal? i am looking for ideas and suggestions on how to steer clear of wheat without just having wheat free bread. i am looking for variety, easy to prepare and interesting food, not just rice bubbles for breakfast every morning. i have a number of food allergies but wheat is the strongest effecting and most common one.
i am looking for a plan or guide, an official one or a personal one. any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
Answer: I have celiac, so I have to avoid wheat, spelt, barley, rye and oats. Make sure you read the labels on prepared foods, as lots of them have modified food starch (often wheat) or caramel coloring (often wheat). Even most brands of soy sauce contain wheat. I don't have an official "plan", but I can give you a few examples:
Breakfast:
yogurt with fruit and chopped, toasted nuts
eggs with grits instead of toast
gluten free cereal
gluten free waffles
lox and cream cheese on a rice cake (not the same as a bagel, but...)
Lunch:
homemade soup
lots of salads
vacuum packed indian meals (to be microwaved)
pb and honey on rice cakes
Dinner:
any kind of meat, fish or chicken, just roast, grill or poach
a variety of vegetables
fruit or sorbet or ice cream for dessert
Hope this helps! Good luck!

I am 19, 5'5", 237 lbs and I am looking for some meal ideas for a week to lose weight I want to go from 237 to 135-145 by august of this year, and I am trying to fing a free diet plan but that is not working and I would like some advice on some meal ideas, or plans to reach my goal, I was thinking about calorie shifting as a diet plan.
Answer: if you eat frozen entrees make sure that they are under 400 calories and they have less than 15 g fat. eat sugar free popsicles or jello when you want something cool and sweet. for breakfast quaker's weight control oatmeal is good or have an egg on half a light whole wheat english. try a whole grain cereal like cheerios. throw in fresh fruit with skim or 1% milk. for lunch a turkey or tuna sandwich with lettuce and tomato. use canola mayo rather than light or fat free mayo as it has no trans fat and tastes better too. add a cup of low sodium soup or a small salad. make english muffin pizzas using light whole grain english muffins and part skim mozz. use just a teaspoon of sauce. for dinner have brown rice or whole wheat pasta with veggies and lean beef or chicken tossed in. if you don't like brown pasta try ronzoni smart taste pasta. you'll never know the difference from regular pasta and it has more fiber and less fat and calories than whole wheat pasta. i can't believe its not butter spray is a great substitue for margarine or butter. have a non fat yogurt with some fruit as a snack. good fruits are apples, bananas, berries, grapes, oranges and pears. beans, broccoli, carrots, and cucumbers are good for you veggies. if you need a crunchy snack try 5-6 whole wheat crackers.

This site will give you a meal plan based on the number of calories recommended. It is also very adaptable. You can change the number of calories in your goal or adjust it by the amount you exercise. Meal plans can be adjusted if there is a meal you don't like or you can completely design your own. It will give you a shopping list each week so you can buy what you will need.
