Question: How to gain fat as quick as jessica simpson and how she gained it? I need to gain weight and i think jessica looked hot fat i want to gain the same but i dknt know how.
Answer: brewing yeast. It has a lot of vitamin B, too. It will make you gain
weight in a week. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any
place which specializes in brewing. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a
day - depends on the product, and you are there. Good for bones and
hair as well.
Question: How do I figure my tax bracket for long term capital gain? I'm trying to figure out if my long term capital gain is taxed at 5% or 15%. Do I include the gain into my gross income? If I include the gain in my gross income I'd be in the 25% bracket and have to pay 15% on the gain, but if I don't include the gain in my gross income I'd be in15% bracket and pay 5% on the gain. It seems I should figure out what bracket I'm in without including the gain to figure out what I should pay on the gain. Otherwise I'd be paying captial gains tax and regular income tax on the gain.
Answer: The capital gain itself must be included in taxable income for the purpose of determining your tax bracket. There aren't any indications in the IRS publications/instructions that capital gains should be excluded from taxable income for tax calculation purposes.
If you are preparing your own return, it might be helpful to fill out the Capital Gain Tax Worksheet to verify the tax for your particular situation. You can find the worksheet on Page 38 of the 2006 1040 instructions (second link below). Good luck! :-)
Question: How do I enter half the gain for the sale of a house on my 1040 tax return? I was divorced and sold a house for the tax year of 2006. The total gain for the house was $380,000.00 but half of the gain is my ex-husbands. As a person filing single I only can go up to a gain of $250,000.00 before I need to report it, were as a married filing jointly has up to $500,00.00. I can find nowhere how to report the numbers. The divorce decree states the profits will be divided 50/50. Do I report the half amount of everything with an attachment explaining the half numbers? Half the sold price, half the selling fees, half the adjusted basis? Or do I report the full amounts but in the end only report half. Or do I not report any since I shouldn't have to because my actual gain is under $250,000.00? But is the IRS going to question not reporting it since the 1099 statement shows the full gain of $380,000.00 is not split in half.
Answer: If the divorce decree assigns half of the gain to your ex-husband, then you don't need to report anything on your 1040. Your half of the total gain is $190,000, which is fully covered by your $250,000 exclusion (assuming that you qualify for it).
Regarding the 1099-S: the big question is whether it is in your name, your ex-husband's name, or both. If it is in your ex-husband's name, you don't need to do anything, but your ex-husband might get a letter if he doesn't report anything. Otherwise, it is entirely possible that the IRS will send you a notice asking why this sale was not included on your return. If that happens, you simply need to reply with a short explanation telling them exactly what your question stated (and be sure to include a copy of the divorce decree).
If you would prefer to beat the IRS to the punch, then you would indeed report half of each item with an attached statement showing how you got your figures (adjusted basis, selling fees, etc). The following IRS link explains federal tax return preparation when community property is involved. Good luck! :-)
Question: How does gain work on a mixing board? I know that gain on a specific channel increases the volume of the channel, as does the volume control slider, as well as increasing the high, mid, and lo eq bands equally, but how do these differ? And what guidelines should I know for setting up the gain of various channels properly?
Thanks!
Answer: It is going to vary a little based on the mixer model you have. But here goes:
I will not bore you with the details of non-linearity. A gain control will most often limit the signal this is why it is called a limiter.
Run your fade slides all the way to the top of the unit. Hook all you mics up And set you master output to 0 db. Have the gains turned to 0 and slowly turn them until you start to hear feed back and the back off. You may have to back off more on a previous channel as you go. Once set you will not run into feedback unless the gain or master volume is adjusted.
Now all this is after you have the channels balanced for voice, flat response (maybe a little tweaking) 300 Hz to 3kHz bandwidth.
Next add your audio sections and make sure your bandwidth is correct.
As far as operation, mute channels not in use and do not adjust master volume unless you want to adjust everything else.
Have fun
Question: How does one gain a voice in order to gain assistance with development of a design idea? I have an idea which is based on solid principles, however due to the complex formulaes (that are interactive), and as it relates to vehicle design (very closed sector) which require the information with ratios of improvement over existing products, I am left with information which initial searches indcate has been overlooked. Indications suggest this should revolutionize design, yet I am left unsure on where to go to gain a fair go.
Answer: Present it to the companies involved if it doesn't give away your idea and broker a partnership.
Question: How do you gain weight without eating crap? I've been trying to gain weight without eating junk food, but it's really difficult. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat any refined foods or hydrogenated oils. What can I eat to gain weight?
Answer: Hi dear,
follow these guidelines to gain healthy weight
- Eat nutritious foods that are high in calories. Examples are whole-grain breads, vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, kidney beans, lean red meat, poultry and fish.
- Increase the caloric value of your meals. Add powdered milk to casseroles for added calories, add avocados and olives to sandwiches, add wheat germ to your cereal, add chopped meat to your pasta sauce, and so on.
- Avoid skipping meals. Knowing how to gain weight involves consistent eating. Eat three meals a day and at least two snacks.
- Increase your normal portion size. Take a second scoop of pasta, or add two bananas to your oatmeal.
- Choose higher-calorie foods when given a choice. For example, corn is higher in calories than green beans.
- Relax - excessive fidgeting and restlessness can burn up a lot of calories.
-Add weight lifting to your exercise program. It helps build muscle mass.
- Balance your caloric intake with the number of calories you're burning. You need to be taking in more than you use up, and you may need to ease up a little on your exercise program.
good luck
:o)
Question: How come I gain so much weight after one day of not eating right or exercising? I exercise Mon-Thurs about two hours a day. And I eat healthy. But how come when I have one day of not eating right, like eating an extra meal, eating at night, drinking alcohol, I gain so much weight? About 4lbs. I try so hard during the week to stay fit but when I have one bad day of not eating right I gain back the weight that usually takes me a whole week to lose.
Answer: It is probable that your meals are in your stomach when you weigh yourself. By the end of the week they are likely out. Those fluctuations aren't huge issues to stress over! You are probably just fine!
But I know what you mean :)
Question: How do I gain experience in information technology field while working full time? I need suggestions please on how and where I can gain experience in the information technology field while working full time in an unrelated field. I'm going to school earning my degree but I want to gain some experience under my belt before I graduate. Anything helps - voluntary, paid part time work, unpaid, evening internships.
Answer: The thing is, you say you are working full time. I guess this means the only time you have free is weekends. Trust me, there is not much going on during the evenings. Your best bet is to visit a book store and find some related books. You can also look into taking some weekend courses at a local community college.
Good luck!
Question: How can i gain 8 pounds in 2 weeks without all the unhealthy foods? The reason i am trying to gain wheight is because i am really underweight and my dad's taking me and my brothers to galveston but if i want to go i have to gain 8 pounds and we leave in 2 weeks! Please help me!
Answer: I'd love to help you but what you're asking for is impossible.
It is physically impossible to gain that much in such a short time.
You could realistically expect to gain 1-2 pounds per week and that's assuming you're training and getting enough calories.
To give you an idea. 8 pounds is roughly equivalent to 28000 calories. So you would need to take in 2000 additional calories per day. I'm a powerlifter and I weigh 250, I eat around 4500 calories a day. I gain 1 maybe 2 pounds a week if I'm lucky.
Chances are you don't eat more than 2000-2500 calories a day.
So imagine eating twice what you eat now.
Even if you did that, your body just will not gain more than a certain amount in a given time.
So simply put, no matter what you do, you will not gain 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

Answer: Eat more protein rich meals like red meat, chicken, fish, oatmeal. Dont go for burgers and fried foods, because you want to add mass without getting fat and increasing your cholesterol. And eat every 2 - 3 hours 6 times a day.
Question: What is the difference between a realized gain and an unrealized gain when it comes to trading stocks? I just got a "realized gain" on a stock trade of $3.44. What does that mean? What are the factors used to determine a realized gain? A few days ago I had a "realized" gain of $400 on a stock trade. I am not sure what this means. Can somebody explain it to me in simple terms?
I am talking about stocks like PBR, WMT, AMZN.
Answer: An unrealized gain is one that exists only "on paper." You bought shares at $10 each and the current market value has risen to $15, but you haven't sold them yet. You have an unrealized gain of $5 per share.
Question: How long until I gain my weight back I lost during depression? I lost a lot of weight(25 pounds) during my depression which lasted about 3 months. Question: How soon do you gain weight while pregnant? I found out last week I am pregnant. Approx. 5 to 8 weeks (going to doc tomorrow to be sure) I am curious to when most women gain weight. I have noticed my pants are slightly a bit tighter, and more uncomfortable. I haven't gained pounds (by the scale) but is it possible I have actually gotten bigger or is it all in my mind? Thanks.
Answer: its most probably bloating. you get lots of that in the early stages
Question: How do you gain weight if you have fast metabolism? I have really fast metabolism, and I want to gain weight. I have tried to gain weight many times by eating huge meals with lots of calories, but I never gain a pound. If I do gain, it's just temporary and it's gone the next day.
How can I actually gain weight?
I'm 14 years old, 5'2", and 88 lb. I want to gain around 10 lb.
Answer: The only way is to eat more calories, but you'll also want to limit your activity levels to limit the calories you burn.
Here are some random tips I've read:
-Eat 6-8 smaller meals evenly spaced throughout the day
-Eat lots of nuts for snacks because they are high in calories
-Buy a weight gainer or make your own weigh-gain shakes
-Drinking calories is easier than eating them (smoothies and shakes are good)
-Don't be afraid of junk food like pizza and hamburgers
-Take a shot of olive oil once or twice a day to add lots of calories
-Keep a food log because you might not be eating as much as you think you do.
There's lots of tips in the source below.

Question: How is gain or loss computed in a partnership? I am contemplating entering into a partnership with my brother mainly to invest in securities and/or make loans to other businesses. Basically, we anticipate the income to be mainly from buying/selling securities and from interest income from the loans. How is gain or loss computed? Say the partnership sells securities at a gain, does the partnership recognize gain or do my brother and I recognize the gain and report it on our 1040? What about interest income? Does the partnership recognize ordinary income gain and if some of the money is distributed to my brother or I, will we recognize gain as ordinary or capital gain?
Answer: If you and your brother are forming a legal partnership (filling out a SS-4 form to get a tax ID # for the partnership), then you would be filing a form 1065 return. Normally selling securities would result in either a capital gain or a capital loss, however, I believe that because your business would be buying and selling securities that any gain or loss would be ordinary income/loss. You will need to keep track of gains/losses from selling the securities, and of course any interest/dividends that the partnership earns. You would also keep track of any expenses that the partnership incurs in running the business. Whatever profit/loss the partnership makes would pass through to you and your brother through a K-1. My advice to you would be to find a CPA and tell him/her of your plans.
