Answer: hey bro!!!! your age is only 14 years so don't worry about your height beacuse in 14 year age 5.2ft height is enough. if u want 2 develop your height then "pull ups" is better exercise. for muscles u eat 4 banana and 1 ltr. milk before exercise. it will devlope your muscles very fastly......
