Answer: Don't buy into hoodia at this point in time. If you do more research you might soon find the sites that tell the truth about hoodia. Yes a certain part of the plant will suppress hunger, but the amount allowed into the US at this point is very small and very hard to get a hold of. I would say almost all of the supplements being sold online, gnc, herb shops, etc-- are fake-- they are part of the H.G. plant but not the active parts--the parts that suppress appetite. The parts they give you in those pills might be (I think it's the stem that is just filler?) I'm not good at explaining this but I've tried the pills and done a lot of research and you will just be wasting your money if you fall for it. If anyone said it worked for them it was just placebo effect.

Answer: I've tried the product, but I can't say I've noticed any effect from it, however I do believe the plant can suppress appetite as its been a herbal treatment used by the San people for many years.
