Green Tea Supplements
Question: Any good green tea supplements out there? I'm not overweight by any means, and I work out at least 3 times a week with a combination of weights and cardio. I'm not looking for any sort of extreme fat burning supplement, but I've heard green tea is a natural fat burner. I'm just looking for something safe and natural to compliment my work out and diet, something to give me a little extra boost in burning off some body fat. Are green tea supplements or pills effective?
Answer: You could try Nutrilite® Rhodiola 110 Supplement:
Designed to help maximize mental and physical performance during exercise.
Rhodiola 110 also contains natural caffeine from green tea extract. In combination with rhodiola rosea, this may help promote more vigorous workouts and more energy-filled days.
These are the healthiest ones I know of.
I hope this helps :)

Question: Is taking green tea supplements the same as drinking it? I have a hard time drinking more than a few cups a day, so I take capsules daily. Am I getting the same benefits as I would if I drank it.
Answer: Well, as a general rule, teas are better absorbed by your system than any powder or pill. However, it sounds like you already drink green tea... just not copious amounts. You'll get benefits by supplements, but not as much as drinking steeped green tea leaves.
Question: Will green tea supplements give the same health benefits as drinking green tea? I can't seem to find this information when I search. Any help or links would be appreciated.
I'm not trying to lose weight, but thanks for the tip. I am interested in the other health benefits of green tea. I just want to know if the supplements are as good and as potent as drinking the tea. Do the supplements lose something in the process of making them?
Answer: yes pretty much
Question: Has anyone ever used green tea supplements for weight loss? My friend told me it worked for her (and she has lost lots of weight) but I am just skeptical I guess. Can anyone tell me if they have used it and if it has worked or not? Thank you!
Answer: Ok.... Green tea does have some antioxidant benefits to it.
But if all else remains the same (your diet choices and your exercise program - or lack thereof), you are not going to see a worthwhile change. There is no magic pill or elixir that will help you lose weight and keep it off. (Not that's very healthy for you.)
Your best bet.... Increase your level of exercise in small increments and adjust your diet choices some.

Question: What is the correct dosage for green tea pro supplements made by tealifellc.com? Comes with Green Tea Pro and Colon Flush
Thanks, I had the insert that said what time of the day to take them and I threw it away. The bottle just says take twice daily.
Answer: The bottle really should say by FDA regulations. If it doesn't or you can't find it, I would call the company and ask to be on the safe side. Straight from the horse's mouth would be the best source instead of hearsay. Normally, it's 1-2 pills a day depending on the formula, but they would be the best ones to say what their formula should be. Good luck and I hope I helped!
Question: are calcium supplements absorbed when taken with green tea? I have been taking calcium supplements with green tea rather than water but recently have been told that the green tea might hinder the absorption of the calcium. Does anybody know if this is fact and also why ?
Answer: Tannins in tea – Tannins are substances found in tea which can bind with calcium in the intestine, therefore decreasing it's absorption. Take the calcium at a different time and not with tea.
Question: Green tea supplements are they safe to take and what are the benefits?
Answer: Dietary green tea is not safe since it will cause your bowel movements to come more often. This will eventually effect your digestive tract and can lead to painful bowel movements after a while. I suggest you drink regular green tea for a brief metabolism booster. However you still need diet and excercise.
