Answer: EASY WEIGHT LOSS:
To achieve a gradual, steady but an easy weight loss without any side effects is certainly very difficult.

Question: heart problem runs in the family, what would be a good supplement to at least reduce the possibility? i want some natural supplement that will at least help me reduce the possibility of a heart diesease
Answer: The first thing you should be doing is talking with a doctor. If you have already done that, then we may be able to give some options that will help with your health without relying only on prescription drugs and medication.
Boost heart health with Omega-3s.
There is a lot of talk around about Omega 3 fatty acids.
Anecdotes abound about people using fish oil (Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids) and having quite amazing results with cardio-vascular issues like blood pressure and clearing arteries that were partially blocked by plaque.
Question: What are the effects of supplement potassium on a person with heart disease and diabetes? thanks

Question: What is a good energy supplement? One that actually gives you energy not the crazy heart jitters.? Thanks ahead of time for the help!

Awesome feedback!! I am a swimmer and just got back into it and need something to help me push through those afternoons when my arms and legs are done!! I really appreciate it!!
Answer: I do triathlon training (spinning cycling, track and swim) and have been weight training for over 5 years. What i have found unbelievable helpful is taking Coenzyme Q10 and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid, plant-derived). I have noticed a difference in my stamina and muscle development, as well as in my skin and hair. These can be taken safely, as long as you buy good quality products and follow the label indications. I get mine at my local GNC.
And please, don't even think about trying stuff like Red Line or Hydroxycut, they are really bad for your health.
Question: what is the best OTC supplement you can use for a weak heart or to help it heal itself.? Is Co-Q-10 a good product? what in your thought is good for the heart?
Answer: A weak heart has to be treated medically and any removable cause removed.
Supplements may have very little role.
Question: heart supplement medication?
Answer: CoQ10 provides antioxidant support to the heart
B-vitamins to lower homocysteine levels
Omega-3 fatty acids, niacin and garlic help cholesterol levels

Question: Is it safe for me to take this supplement with a heart condition? Hi, I have been working out for four or so years. About six months ago I started experiencing arrhythmias and had them checked out. Turns out I have a heart condition by the name of 'mitral valve prolapse' where one of the valves in my heart doesn't close properly.
I believe I agitated it during my time lifting by taking pre-workout supplements with a lot of caffeine (Like NO Explode: http://www.buildingbrawn.com/product_images/BSN/Labels/180020.jpg)
I was hoping I could start taking a preworkout supplement again, but was worried about the risks. If anyone familiar in the field would care to look at this and tell me if it seems safe, I will be obliged. http://www.punchsupplements.co.nz/hot_buttons/gaspari-super-pump.gif
Answer: Go ask your Cardiologist
Question: My father died, trying to find the cause. Could testosterone supplement cause heart attack? My father was 67 and died on March 6th from a heart attack in his sleep. It was quite the surprise to everyone because he never had a heart attack before and seemed like he didn't have any health complications except a bad knee. The autopsy said that he had an enlarged left side of the heart and had a massive heart attack. My father had been complaining about shortness of breath and low energy to his doctor. His doctor put him on androgel (testosterone) a couple months ago. According to my mother his sex drive went off the charts like a 21 year old. He had only been taking it a few months and then he died in his sleep from a heart attack. We don't think the doctor checked up on him and we are trying to figure out if that could have killed him? Please only respond if you know about this rather then guessing. This is a very important issue in our life. Thank you.
Answer: Here is my armchair non-professional medical opinion (although I do have experience as a non-medical gerontologist):
Shortness of breath and tiredness are common symptoms of heart disease and incipient heart failure. Your doctor gave him testosterone thinking it would help his energy level. It did, at least until he died.
The issue here is, why wasn't your father's heart disease diagnosed and treated properly? There are a number of possible types of heart disease he had, including things called cardiomyopathy, high blood pressure, and COPD. Here's a brief article on the topic of enlarged hearts. Read around the website to learn more: http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=4517
I'm sorry your dad passed, but I want you to know that it is not unusual for people to die of sudden heart attacks, and when most people die, it is a surprise to those around them (it's not like we choose the time and date).
I'm curious about why this is an important issue. You either need to mourn your father's death, or you need to find a medical malpractice lawyer. If you think your father was the victim of malpractice and you want to do something about it, then find an attorney.
