Hemodilator

Question: I have two different bottles of supplements, can i take them together? I have: Muscletech's MyoShock HSP (7 pills before workout @ about 5 for me) and MRI's NO2 Performance Enhancing Hemodilator Platinum (it says 4 pills before breakfast, and 4 pills before lunch) My brother just gave me the NO2 and I am not sure wether i can take them together like that. From what i read on the bottles it seems fine.

Answer: Honestly you may not want to use them both they do alot of similar things. Use one now and then when your body stops seeing the effects of one switch to the other (which should be about a month or so) Instead use whey protein or maybe a weight gainer depending on your goals.

Question: does No2 Hemodilator cause ance? what are the side effects?

Answer: the nitric acid can cause nausea and diarhea along with headaches/migraines no it shouldnt cause acne

Question: what is a hemodilator? is it the same concept as a vasodilator

Answer: Hemo refers to the blood, vaso to the vessels. You don't, strictly, dilate the blood itself, but they mean the same thing.

Question: Is it okay to crush NO2 Black pills? I usaully have trouble swallowing pills...is it okay to do so?(NO2 Black NOS-Enhanced Hemodilator)

Answer: Yeah, it's only what you consume without the capsule. I'm not what that will taste like though... You'll probably find that's the reason behind the capsule lol. But in terms of safety, not a problem.

Question: GNC supplements making me lose sleep? I have been taking some new supplements this past week and have had trouble sleeping. Here is what I am taking, can you tell me if any of these may have that side effect. Answer: Have you increased your training intensity as well? Overtraining can wreck havoc on your sleeping patterns and wake you in the middle of the night.

Question: GNC supplements im using...not necessary? I recently bought quite a few supplements from a nutritionist at GNC. Answer: Get a good quality whey protein powder. It will supply most of what you need. Keep taking the omega 3 fatty acid if you want but the rest, you really don't need.

Question: taking multiple supplements at once? Here is what im taking. im taking all of these at once.. twice a day. creatine hydrochloride (2 pills)--- NO2 hemodilator (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate)---- 8 pills GNC's mega men sport multivitamin (too much to list in it)---- 2 pills daily CAL-MAG+D with boron--- 6 pills and i also drink two muscle milk shakes a day (whey)--- 140g a day i have heard you can stack supplements, but i dont know if its good to take all of this on top of food too? am i on a good stack? or is it bad? im going to be going into the military soon, so i wanna get my body in tip top shape for basic. muscle, recovery, endurance, etc. any info would be appreciated, thanks yeah i had a feeling they were kinda a waist of money. sorry i forgot to say, im 21, im 6ft, and 170lbs thanks for the help thus far!

Answer: I hate to break it to you, and I am sure you aren't going to want to hear this... But this is coming from a Bodybuilder who's been working out for over 10 years. 230 lbs 10% body fat.... You don't need all of these supplements to build muscle!! If all of these supplements worked, we would have huge muscular guys on ever corner! You will never see that. The truth about building muscle has nothing to do with supplementation. Supplements are just a simple money making industry, bodybuilding is a free individual lifestyle. A life style that requires intelligent muscle training and intelligent food preparation and timing. Question: Has anyone used NO2 Hemodilator (muscle growth supplement)? Any good/bad reviews and feedback? I am now lifting weights for the first time in my 30-yr life (LoL) and a friend of mine suggested a supplement called NO2 Hemodilator that he's been taking as well (with amazing results I must say - well, so it appears). It's obviously not steroids as, apparently, it has been on the market for a while now and a lot of (normal) athletes use it. According to my friend, it does wonders to your body muscles and increase stamina/erection(?) as well, with no adverse side effects - allegedly, it was invented by the same guy (Ed something) who first introduced Creatine to weightlifters and body builders. Has anyone tried this product? Any good/bad/mediocre results? Any suggestions/recommendations? Is the "platinum" edition better than the "black" edition. Please share your thoughts with me... Answer: no2 is more of a booster. ive tried bsn n.o xplode. i got a good buzz and the vains pop out like 'woah'. give it a go.
