Answer: YES Herbalife does work as do many other products and diets the key is to find the one that suits you, the shakes are nutritional shakes about 2000 calories worth of nutrition in about 200 calorie shake, so yes they are for weight loss, maintance or gain, depending on how you use them, the key to a successful diet is to get the nutrition that your body needs in the fewest amount of calories, I have used the products for 3 years now lost 40 lbs in 4 months and kept it off for 2 years, it helps you to learn to eat the right things, if you are hungry you need to eat when you are dieting the idea is not to starve yourself, as far as no deserts well do we really need desert is there any nutrition in it,, that is what you need to look at if there is not 15 grams of some vit or mineral, it probally should not go in your mouth. I will end with my favorite quote from the movie "over the Hedge" the animals are talking watching the humans eating and having lots of food and the one animal says whats the deal he says "animals you see eat to live, and Humans you see live to eat." that is our big problem we look at food as a treat and to relieve all the stress of our live and tend to eat what we dont need and the things we do need we dont touch. Answer: Think twice before you use anything!!! You want to lose your weight drink lime water(warm water) result wont be instant but will take time,I am too 159cm,weight 62 and for your periods let it be,it happens because of hormonal changes. I also get irregular periods..and exercise too to lose weight

Answer: I dont know if they are safe or not, I do know that they are grossly overpriced. If you are not sure about taking something, there are plenty of other great vitamin supplements out there... just go to your local health food store. Herbalife is a multilevel marketing (MLM) group- they will say they are great so they can make more money for everyone in the downline.

I already ordered the P90X WORKOUT FITNESS PROGRAM. this is an exercise program for about 13 weeks, 90 days. and well i was just wondering if its possible to lose weight and get gain some muscle mass. I also ordered HERBALIFE products, and I know those work excellent, because ive tried them before. My questions is, will i get results if i try P90X and get my nutrition plan by HERBALIFE PRODUCTS. Answer: My roommate uses all herbalife supplements and is a marathon runner, so I'd say that the nutritional value is definitely there. I tend to go for more specific stuff made by different brands, but if you are going to pick one brand, that's not a bad route to go for sure. I've been doing P90X and its been pretty amazing to me from a cardio standpoint. If you haven't ordered it yet, consider very carefully that there is a pre-fitness test they recommend you take and if you can't do that, then the level of P90X can be too strenuous on your heart. I'm not trying to be rude at all, but at 300, there are a few things that I can imagine you may have difficulty with. I'd say to do some other types of cardio like jogging and pilates before you spend money on DVDs that may sit on the shelf for a few months. Answer: Simple, contact your local police (or in your case the RCMP) and make a complaint to either their White Collar Crimes Unit or their Major Case Unit, depending upon what they have in your area. The only way to do anything about it is to make it as difficult as possible for these scammers to operate. If they think they will get away with it they will do it more.

Hello well im here looking for answers because i was recently searching for some answers about the pyramid with the eye inside and i also wanted to know more about being a "chosen one". Let's see about some months ago my mom and I went to give a payment to this place where they sell furniture and the sales representative which by the way is native american talks to my mom and we sat down and they were talking about the balance in the account when my mom asked him about his nutrition and he was like "well i eat pretty well , why? " and my mom was like "oh it's because i was trying out this product called "herbalife" and I wanted to recommend you the product". the guy just laughed and said "I already knew you were coming , that means I should go ahead and go with what i had decide to do" of course we laughed oddly enough and he told us he was Native American and that his mom was like a type of healer and he was as well when he was younger and that he could even like see ahead what was going to happen that's how he avoided being in a tragic accident and that he used to heal hurt animals when he was younger, that he spoke to his deceased mom and he saw her sometimes...my mom and i were like what? ...he then said that the night before some type of angel or something had told him that he was going to receive a message the next day and apparently my mom was that person with the message and he said she was some type of messenger and he then turned to me and asked my why i was wearing the shirt i was wearing which was black and told him because i felt better with dark clothing and he said that somehow my mom took him that message because i was with her that i was the " chosen one" that there's many people like that and that there's was 3 types of like power i think he said gray , white , black and that if i ever decided to help people it should always be for free not for money... he also talked to us about the eye in the pyramid symbol and that he himself wasn't sure of what it meant until he saw the movie "Passion of Christ" . Question: SOMEONE HELP I THINK I JUST JOINED A SCAM!!!? So, last night I went to this meeting for what I thought would be a nutritional and wellness coaching job, which is my dream job. and they loved me, but they had me sign up for herbalife first. i wasnt too sure what it was, but i really wanted this job so i did it. well today, ive been looking up herbalife and doing some research(i feel so dumb for not doing this BEFORE i signed up! its so unlike me to do impulse things like this but i THOUGHT this would be my dream job) and all i hear is that herbalife is a scam. I was so mislead and thought that I would be helping people by bettering their nutrition and their lives and it turns out i got sucked into a scam to sell this dumb product. HOW CAN I GET OUT OF THIS?!?!?!

It will not stick to them. An Independent business owner approached you representing a product. Just like a doctor "pushes" the drug that their rep has. You take the chemical without question cause the doctor said so, right? (Just making a point, a doctor does research the difference of the drugs available before making a decision to support it). Let me explain my point--> Problem 1- to join Herbalife you need to pay a fee. Why would you pay a fee for a job. If this is a job, did you negotiate a salary? Hourly wages? Problem 2: you did your research. Where did you get your information from? There is so much garbage on the Internet about MLM companies because of the people that have FAILED. Problem 3: you think Herbalife is a scam. If Herbalife was a real scam: • Would they be around for 30 years? • Would they be a nutritional sponsor for a Major League sports team in the US? • Would it have former FDA top management working for them? • Would they be traded on the New York Stock Exchange? The real problem sounds like either the lack of detail the distributor provided or your lack of paying attention to the detail due to your excitement (its a dream job, why wouldn't you, right?) What you need to do: Just so you understand Herbalife Independent distributors are business owners, home business owners. It is similar to a franchise, as in the type of time and effort you put into it. A franchise of course require a HUGE investment, major overhead and follows a structure according to a set of rules provided when you earn the right to do business. A MLM has a product to distribute (that is why this is not a pyramid). You sell the products & earn a profit and as a business owner you are free to operate. You have a coach but you are basically on your own. No overhead but really need to have a monthly budget. Call your coach and explain to them you did not understand the type of job/business this was. If they refuse, you contact Distributor Relations with a ID# and your coach/mentors name. These are basically listings of businesses (simliar to the phone book).
