Question: What type of exercises should I start doing in order to get a lean body? I recently lost about 45 lbs and I have mostly flab and some fat. Question: Do you have to eat meat all the time to have a lean body? I'm not a vegeterian but I've never been much of a meat eater. I'll eat meat to the most maybe once a day.
