Answer: Alright, you appear misinformed. The human testicles are capable of producing as much testosterone as the body can actually use. What happens is that the excess testosterone is converted into estrogen, except for the small amount that makes it into your muscles, which can then be strained and poisoned. What you want is tofu, red meat, chicken, fish, and nuts. Eat them, and work out with a ton of reps. and a ton of weight.
In addition, add some fat to your diet, not a lot, but without fat muscles fail. You need to get a ton of amino acids in vitamin form, and make sure you work out almost constantly. Steroids will turn you into a women, with very big anger issues. It is quite expensive, and you need to put almost 200x natural levels to see an increase in muscle size. At this dose however it is toxic.
I am not saying you should not do it, I am just saying that if you want to be big, then get big. If you want your muscles to die, to grow boobs, and to have other problems, then take steroids. It is up to you. They will be quite a bit more expensive than more effective methods, and a lot less functional.
If you have a lot of money though, then there is a legal solution that is EXTREMELY good. There is a doctor somewhere in the US, I forget where, but he has developed a genetic enhancement for muscle that allows it to build a lot faster, grow a lot longer, and stay that way longer. 5 years ago he charged 10k per muscle, but I think it has come down by A LOT, like down to 2000 dollars. It is legal, heathy, and will get you real good results without the horrific side effects of steriods.
With all of the other, much much better options, why would you even consider steroids? Sounds stupid to me, but again it is your choice.

Protein is essential but you can get that from eating chicken, beef, lamb, soy.. turkey... I think it is better to eat well than spend lots of money on shakes.

Most people put on weight after age 40.
Any way before you try any thing, see a doctor to rule out any abnormalities (Hormone, Pituitary).
Remember it is ten times easier to put on the weight then to take it off.
Body building is opposite of weight loss. But you must understand weight loss in order to build body.

Most people eat protein reach food and complex carbohydrates, with one thing in mind, that they have to exercise 6 days a week and they have to eat more than what they burn off each day.
If you eat about 300 to 400 more calories per day then you burn off, you have a weight gain of slightly less than one pound per week.
You need to eat about 4000 calories per day minimum.
If that does not work than slow down your exercises routine.
In extreme case you will not exercises for two weeks at all, followed by vigorous exercises routine for six weeks. Repeat this cycle again and again till you reach your goal.

4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.

Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.

You must count calories and at least in initial stages write down what you are going to eat and when then stay on that list. Your total calories for the week must exceed, (Calorie per BMI+ 500calori =Y) Y x 7 = Z calories this will give you a weight gain of approximately 1 pound per week. But you must write down what you eat and account for the calories so that you can adjust it slightly up ward if necessary.

While at it build your body too, while gaining by doing body parts specific exercises.
If you are not too old, then best way to gain your weight is to increase your height.
