Question: How to lose weight quick and easy? I am about 4 foot 11 inch tall and weigh around like 103 and i want to get down to like 90 pounds. I want to try to lose weight quick and easy without having to eat really disgusting food (No Offense) like raw vegetables and too much fruit. How does oats really taste like? I had some at home and i try putting water in it and it tasted like nothing it was soo horrible?

Many people don't realize just how important a well timed cardiovascular program is when it comes to eliminating body fat. Whether it's early morning, late evening, the most important thing is that you just do it. Continuous cardiovascular exercise, such as running, walking, jogging, stair-climbing, or cycling, sustained for at least 30 minutes, will burn body fat no matter when you do it. However for the maximum benefits of fat loss you MUST ensure that you are performing your cardiovascular training first thing in the morning. You should consider getting up early and doing cardio before you eat your first meal - even if you're not a "morning person." Early morning aerobic exercise on an empty stomach has three major advantages over exercising later in the day.
Early in the morning before you eat, your levels of muscle and liver glycogen (stored carbohydrates) are low. If you eat dinner at 7 p.m. and you eat breakfast at 7 a.m., that's 12 hours without food. During this 12-hour overnight fast, your levels of glycogen slowly decline to provide glucose for various bodily functions that go on even while you sleep. As a result, you wake up in the morning with depleted glycogen and lower blood sugar - the optimum environment for burning fat instead of carbohydrate. How much more fat you'll burn is uncertain, but some studies have suggested that up to 300% more fat is burned when cardio is done in a fasted, glycogen-depleted state.
So how exactly does this work? It's quite simple, really. Carbohydrate (glycogen) is your body's primary and preferred energy source. When your primary fuel source is in short supply, this forces your body to tap into its secondary or reserve energy source; body fat. If you do cardio immediately after eating a meal, you'll still burn fat, but you'll burn less of it because you'll be burning off the carbohydrates you ate first. You always burn a combination of fat and carbohydrate for fuel, but depending on when you exercise, you can burn a greater proportion of fat relative to carbohydrate. If doing cardio first thing in the morning is not an option for you, then the second best time to do it would be immediately after weight training. Lifting weights is anaerobic (carbohydrate-burning) by nature, and therefore depletes muscle glycogen. That's why a post lifting cardio session has a similar effect as morning cardio on an empty stomach. The second benefit you'll get from early morning cardio sessions is what I call the "after burn" effect. When you do a cardio session in the morning, you not only burn fat during the session, but you also continue to burn fat at an accelerated rate after the workout. Why? Because an intense session of cardiovascular exercise can keep your metabolism elevated for hours after the session is over. If you do cardio at night, you will still burn fat during the session, so you definitely benefit from it. However, night time cardio fails to take advantage of the "after burn" effect because your metabolism drops like a ton of bricks as soon as you go to sleep. While you sleep, your metabolic rate is slower than any other time of the day.
You might find it hard to wake up early in the morning and get motivated to workout. But think back for a moment to a time in your life when you tackled a difficult task and you finished it. Didn't you feel great afterwards? Completing any task, especially a physically challenging one, gives you a "buzz." When the task is exercise, the buzz is physiological and psychological. Physiologically, exercise releases endorphins in your body. Endorphins are opiate-like hormones hundreds of times more powerful than the strongest morphine. Endorphins create a natural "high" that makes you feel positively euphoric! Endorphins reduce stress, improve your mood, increase circulation and relieve pain. The "high" is partly psychological too.

Get into a routine, like when you get ready for bed, brush your teeth and do some squats, comb your hair and do sit ups, practice your school work and do psuh ups reciting the scientific elements...
Reward your self !

Answer: there are not quick and easy ways, but you have plenty of time before end of april and may, and I think you can definitely get the bikini body you want by then. you can probably lose 40-50 lbs
To lose fat you need to eat lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean beef) , eggs, low gi fruits (apples, bananas, pineapple, oranges), green veggies (broccoli, celery, green lettuce, spinach), only whole wheat breads (look on the package and see if the first ingredient is whole wheat flour, if it is it should be good unless it has high fructose corn syrup like Mrs Bairds does). Jillian Michaels from biggest loser has a great quote, "before you eat your food ask yourself, does it have a momma or did it come from the ground? If not don't eat it." Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day, this will increase your metabolism and help you to not feel so hungry in between meals. It’s all about portion and calorie control regardless of what food you are eating, but remember cleaning up your diet and eating X amount of calories of lean good healthy foods instead of X amount of calories of candy bars (I know you are probably not eating 4 candy bars a day but its just an example) will help you lose it faster. The leaner you are eating the faster you will lose it, and you will get a toned healthy look instead of a skinny jiggly look. You also need to drink at least 8 glasses (8oz) of water a day. Sometimes hunger is mistaken for thirst so if you are hungry drink 8 oz of water and wait 30 minutes, if you are still hungry then eat a light healthy snack. Water also helps you feel fuller longer and helps flush out toxins that may prevent fat loss. Also allow your self a cheat day (but don’t go over board and eat everything in sight or like 5 cakes in that day). Allowing yourself a cheat day once a week will help cut out cravings… Think of it like a reward if you did well with your diet and exercise that week have a piece of pie… If not just stick with you healthy food. You need to do a good mix of both cardio and strength training. Toning and building muscle strength will help you lose fat quicker as you will be burning calories all day to feed your muscle tone instead of just while you doing cardio activity and it increases metabolism. Running, walking, rollerblading, swimming are good cardio work outs. You can also get some at home videos. I personally like Gilad's Kick boxing, Cathe Friedrich, ten minute solutions videos (ten minute solutions are good because they have 5 ten minute segments and you can do one or all five or three or what ever you want to do at the time and they have a variety, like dance, pilates, yoga, etc.). Also if you get cable/satellite, find the Fittv channel and scroll through the guide and see if anything sounds interesting and do it or record it if it doesn't fit into your schedule at the time the program comes on. Get your self some 5 pound dumbbells or a gym member ship and do bicep curls, push ups, sit ups, squats, dead lifts, lunges, tricep over head extensions, chest presses, shoulder presses, etc. You can do most of this on your own if you just go and buy some free weights, but a gym membership is helpful as well. If you do end up getting a gym membership I would consult a personal trainer (most memberships come with a free session) they can show you what to do and come up with a meal plan for you... Lastly, don't get discouraged, it takes time (it didn't didn't get there over night, its not coming off over night)... you should be losing 2 pounds of fat a week safely, more is not typically safe. but you could gain weight especially if you are gaining muscle. So if you get on the scale and it says you've gain two pounds don't freak out... just look in the mirror and go by how your clothes look and feel on you. Answer: PLEASE, don't go the laxative route! First of all, you won't loose any weight, you'll lose a few water lbs, but gain them back before the reunion. I'm no expert on dieting, but I've struggled with weight my whole life and i've found there's only one safe way to lose 10 or more lbs in a week (years of trying different diets, fasting and excersing makes me a SELF proclaimed expert :) I had to go to a wedding and had to lose 15 or more to fit in my dress and only had a week. Lost it easy. It's a really hard diet to stick to (even for only a week), but it will work. PLEASE - THIS IS GIVEN ONLY WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT, IN GOOD HEALTH AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPLICATIONS OF ANY DIET WHICH DEPRIVES THE BODY OF ANY TYPE OF NUTRITION! It would be irresponsible for me to suggest this without saying that, however, I've asked several doctors, and they both said that they see no reason in the world why this should be unhealthful, and suggest "If it works for you, go ahead!". In Northern California there is a diet that the mental health hospital uses to de-toxify some patients and the combination of these foods take more calories to burn that it gives the body. So you'll lose more weight than fasting. I'm not kidding either. Along with each day (below), make ahead of time a batch of this disgusting soup: (1 whole onion, 1 whole cabbage, 6 medium tomatoes, 1 package of lipton onion soup mix. Boil until veggies are soft. The more you eat of the above soup, the more weight you'll lose, and the better you'll feel at the end. I have a sheet which lists each day, discusses the soup in detail, the nutrition, etc.....and exactly WHY it works, etc...., but don't have the room here to write it...so if you like, just trust this:
First day: East as much watermelon as you can stuff into your mouth. The more you eat, the more you lose. This first day, mostly gets rid of water. Eat the soup!
Second day: Your body is already super hungry after yesterday, but you will probably be 3lbs lighter by tomorrow morning - so keep it up! The rest of the diet will work by the end, so don't get discouraged if you're on day 5 and only lost 4 or 5 lbs. It does catch up! Eat as much green leafy vegetables as possible. Again, as much as you can stuff. Eat the soup at every hunger pain.
Third Day: Eat a combination of the above two days. You must STUFF though...as much as you can (without making yourself sick of course) - SOUP, SOUP, SOUP!!!
Fourth Day: Weird, I know, but eat 6 oz. of lean beef and all the green veggies that you want (not stuff yourself), but until your quite full (but only 6 oz of the beef - any kind). Don't forget your soup - stuff, stuff, stuff.
Fifth Day: If your still on the diet, you've gone farther than most people will. This diet makes you super hungry, because your body thinks it's not only NOT eating, but even worse....since the foods eaten burn faster than they do when even fasting, it feels even more starved. (this will not hurt you if done once in a while, in fact, I was told by two Doctors, that it's good for you). Eat 6 more oz of beef and 6 small tomatoes. And of course, as much of the soup as you can manage.
6th day: 4 large bananas and 16 oz of milk - and stuff the soup down!
7th day: Congrats! You should be at minimum of 10lbs lighter now. And you have enough energy to run a marathon, don't you? Hard, wasn't it? Ease back into eating and you won't gain much back, maybe a lb or two, if you watch it. Eat heartily of all the green veggies you want and have 1 cup of brown rice. Ease back on the soup (you're probably sick of it anywayz)

aim to only eat about 2500 calories a day. One pound of fat is made up of 3500 calories. If you eat less than 2500 calories a day and only eat about 2000 calories a day. If you do this, you will lose about a pound a week
To be more specific, you can...
1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs
more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of
coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don't have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already
you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning
hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies,
candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why
it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

Figure out how many calories you need to stay where you are right now, then cut 500-1000 from that. That's all you can have every day. Space this out between 4-6 meals, eating every 3-4 hours. You can cheat one meal a week, but only one meal and be sure to really cheat when you do or you'll try to make up for it with other meals. Make a calorie sheet and write down everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, you eat or drink that has calories. Basically, everything except water. Make sure it adds up to whatever number you got earlier. Be sure to recalculate every few weeks as you lose weight.
Start running, swimming, biking, etc. Whatever you pick, do it 3-6x a week. Work up to 30+ minutes straight and don't wuss out on the intensity.
If you can go to a gym, start a good weight training program as well. Every kilo of muscle you gain will burn another ~75 Calories a day, which really adds up. I'm not typing out an entire weight training program, as I can make a good $100-500 off that.
