Low Energy Levels
Question: What in a chart might indicate very low energy levels? Even as a young person they complain about aches and pains and being tired like an elderly person might. They need a lot of sleep. They get sick of big emotional displays very quickly and don't feel they have the energy to keep up arguments and so on. There is just a general tiredness and weariness about this person's personality and physique.
Thank you.
Answer: Saturn or Neptune in the 1st house or 6th house.
GibBas-- Good answer... I did not think of that, lol.
Question: How to improve low energy levels in early part of the afternoon? Every afternoon around 1 to 3 I feel very lethargic and want to sleep. But due to work I can't do that. Any tips without recommending caffeine?

Question: I have low energy levels all the time, what foods can I eat to perk me up? My doctor already ruled out anemia and took blood tests which all came back fine. I always feel lethargic and kinda sleepy and it stops me from enjoying things fully. Are there any foods I can eat that will help maintain good energy levels during the day? I don't eat red meat if that helps, not veggie just don't like it :P
Answer: Eat lots of complex carbs. What are complex carbs you ask? Well there are simple and complex, complex being the good kind. Simple carbs are things like white bread, pancakes and other not so healthy grains. Complex is things like wheat bread, oatmeal, and some cereals. If you eat plenty complex carbs for breakfast everyday you will jump start your metabolism and give your body long lasting healthy energy.
Another thing that helps is making sure you get lots of vitamins. Especially B vitamins. If that is hard then take a multi vitamin. (easy way to get everything you need.) I noticed you said you don't eat red meat. Red meat contains B vitamins and other important things.
Being physically healthy is another important aspect. Even though running tires you out being physically fit will increase your endurance and generally make you feel better.
Hope that helped!
Question: Vegetarian with low energy levels? I have lots of cereals that have added iron and vitamin B12.
Could it be I need to eat more?

Question: Why do most Brits have such low energy levels? As an American recently concluded a business dealing with a Brit, I feel I must ask this. Most Brits have low energy levels. They have to recharge themselves with afternoon naps and "teas." Unfortunately, this led this morning to my having to terminate a business arrangement with a Brit, who flew back yesterday evening. Is this the Brits fault, or is it just a cultural influence that they can change?
Answer: I think after they had the biggest empire in history, they just sort of gave up.
Question: Low energy levels, always tired, getting depressed, STRESSED, can some1 help, as my daily routine is suffering my question says it all, recently i have been getting very depressed, and i think that this is due to low energy level. Can someone help me because my schoolwork and activities are starting to suffer and I don't know why, it could just be stressed. I get plenty of exercise and am quite fit. I have a reasonable diet, I do well in academics and attend lots of co curricular activites, and I dont no why i get so sad sometimes
Answer: Go and see your school counsellor. It could be clinical depression, but as you said it could easily just be stress. It's not *just* but stress can have a seriously negative impact on your physical and mental health.
You don't need a reason to be depressed. I know how you feel, all that perfect life and you still feel horrible, so now you've got guilt to go with it. Depression can be caused simply by an imbalance of chemicals in the brain, in which case your best bet is medication. See your consellor and think about going to your GP.
Good luck xhugsx
Question: Low energy? I am 38 weeks pregnant and suffering from low energy levels. I can't be bothered to get dressed and only just got out my pj'd at 4pm today!!
I could sleep all day and night. Why is this I know my body is preparing for birth but I am struggling to wash my hair and make an effort. Could I be getting depressed? I just feel horrendous. I had a really bad car crash nearly 2 weeks ago could this be affecting my mood?
Answer: most women experience this during pregnancy however some women experince this effect more and 90% of those women are experiencing low blood sugar level. i sugest you speak with your Obs & Gyne clinic you may have a temporary form of diabetes which disapears imediatly after birth so i would suggest that you speak with people who can personaly check you out, because i cant make a diagnosis for potentialy hundreds of miles away

Question: i am looking for a dog that rarely sheds, easy to groom, low energy levels and well mannered around people? not including a besenji and a pug...what is the best dog(s) to buy?
Answer: cockapooterrier
It is a mix breed of a mix breed.
The cocker spanial was breed with poodle creating a cockapoo, which was mixed with a terrier, creating the cockapoo terrier.
This is the most docile dog, very submissive and accepting, a loving dog so it is great around kids, doesn't shed a lot thanks to the poodle aspect. All animals need some care and maintenance but this dog is so mellow, the one we had growled 4 times in his 15 years of life.
They all look basically a like, tan in coloring, and looks like a loose perm gone bad, I cut his hair once a year down close to the skin in summer, and brushed him semi regularlly basically being a kid at the time that meant when ever I got around to it.
Question: I FEEL LIKE I HAVE VERY LOW ENERGY LEVELS DURING THE DAY ,EVEN AFTER A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP what can i do? i eat well ,dont feel sick , not depressed , not over weight .
Answer: It could be a few things:
1 - your thyroid may be messed up. Meaning that your hormone levels are off somehow. This can be figured out with a simple blood test.
2 - you may be anemic. Have you seen any of your blood recently? Anemic people have blood that's more brownish red than purplish red. This can be figured out with a simple blood test.
3 - you may be diabetic. Have you been urinating frequently? Do you shake when you haven't had food for awhile? Have your blood sugar tested.
4 - you could have leukemia. Highly unlikely, but possible. Do you bruise easily and in weird places (i.e. you inner thigh)? Do you get red bumps on your arms and legs? Have your white count checked.
5 - You may just need somemore excersize to get your blood flowing. Or, your oxygen stats could be off.
Hope this helped! (GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!)
Question: best supplements for low energy levels? I have low energy levels and I'm trying to find a safe way to increase them. I'm taking 17 credits in college and also work, but half way through the day I'm exhausted. Some days I have class from 9- 7:30 pm and by the time i'm home, I don't feel like doing anything.
I really want to work out and lose some weight but my lagging energy keeps me from doing so. [I do have somewhat low iron levels.] I'll have a cup of coffee on mornings I'm on the go early but I'm VERY sensitive to caffeine and it makes me jittery.
What are some safe but effective supplements I can use for a boost of energy to keep me going so that I can work out in addition to my daily routine?
Answer: vitamin B6 and B12 might helps.. here, we take euricoma longifolia...
Question: What causes low energy levels? At first I thought a perscription I was taking was causing me to be tired all the time (even when I do nothing at all) but I've since quit taking the medicine (after the doctor approved doing so) and I'm still tired all the time. What could be the reason why?
Answer: Check your diet. There are high energy foods and low energy foods. Get some info from a nutritionist or check the internet. Also make sure you are sleeping like you should. Sleep apnea is common (breathing stops during sleep) and could be the reason you are constantly tired. Have a friend sit with you to see if you stop breathing while sleeping. Do you snore (another symptom of sleep apnea)?

Question: How to get better from a bad cold and low energy fast? i have a really bad cold and very low energy levels and i have to play a tennis match tomorrow. I have had the cold for like 4 days now. Is there anyway i can be at least 95 percent by tomorrow?
Answer: I would wrap myself in a blanket, take some nyquil, turn the heater on and sweat that bad boy out. I don't know if you'll be 95% but you'll be better than you are now.
Question: I notice people who are energetic are outgoing and people who have low energy level are usually quiet. Is this? I'm a shy person and has low energy. If this is true, does increasing my energy level going to help me in become less shy?
Answer: Well it just seems like common sense to me.When you think of energetic you think outgoing.Obviously outgoing people react more positively to other people than shy people. The truth is when you have a "low energy level" this is probably a result of your shyness. When your your shy you intentionally avoid any thing social thus remaining quiet. Its a vicious cycle that feeds on itself.
Were as outgoing people react differently to others by making themselves seen.
