Along with calcium and Vitamin D, and a Daily multi-vitamin. I also take phentermine. The diet consist if these med and also protein bars ,veggies and meat. And of course exercise. I was wondering is it good to be taking all these amino acids since your body produces some of them ?and if any of these meds have a side effect of hair loss?
Actually it's only about 5 pills a day each time period amino acids are in one capsule. So it's not that bad I. I do drink a protein shake or eat a protein bar twice a day. One for breakfast and one with a lunch of veggies
Answer: that is quite a few pills to take for a day. Have you thought of just drinking a protein shake. One shake has 4 grams of the essential bcaa (brainched chain amino acid), plus take your multi-vitamin.
As far as the hair loss, I have never heard of this.
Question: Can these things affect the penis (creatine, etc.)? Magnesium, Magnesium Creatine Chelate, Dicreatine Malate, Betaine Anhydrous, L-Taurine, L-Tyrosine, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose, Glycerol Monostearate, L-Taurine, Sodium Chloride, and Potassium Gluconate.
Can any of these which can be found in the supplements GlycerGrow and Green Magnitude affect the penis?
Answer: I'm not sure anyone, including scientists would be able to answer this accurately. There has not been any scientific research done on this.
But, you should be fine. Other than steriods shrinking testicles, i've never heard of any supplements that do that.
Question: Strained Muscle? Hi, I've been diagnosed with a muscle strain. Next week I get my tests done to see how bad it is. I think its pretty bad because I've been having muscle spasms in My upper arms, back and legs, also tingling on my upper body and sometimes I sweat in sleep. I already had a MRI done on my spine and no herniated discs anywhere, Went to Neurologst all my nerves check out ok and also had a blood test done at my doctor and everything came back ok. I wanted to ask if someone knows how serious my strain is by symptoms ive described. Also I've noticed the pain goes away to a great deal when I take in Magnesium/malic acid tablets and I've also been taking in Glutamine, Fish Oil, and eating a lot of Banana's because I hear Potassium is crucial to rebuilding damaged muscle. Do you have any more tips on supplements that could help me or should I be doing stretches or something in the meantime? Thanks.
Answer: If the muscle is severely strained it must be rested, no stretching and minimal activity. The stretching comes when more of the healing process has passed.
Question: Why are my teeth so sensitive after I eat fruit? How can I prevent it? After I eat fruit, especially sour fruit, my teeth become very sensitive. It becomes very difficult to brush my teeth since brushing causes a lot of pain after I eat cherries, plums, blueberries or citrus fruit. This happens with most fruit.
I know this is due to the naturally occurring acids(citric acid, malic acid, acetic acid, etc) in the fruit, but is there a way to prevent this? Not everyone is as sensitive as I am, and I'm under 30 and in good health. I consume plenty of calcium every day and take calcium supplements, along with vitamin D to keep my teeth strong. Luckily this sensitivity lasts only 2 to 3 days and then my teeth go back to normal.
Answer: Citric Acid plays a great role. I find that very self explanatory after eating lemons and I brush my teeth (well at least I take the pain like a man).

It aids the body to naturally produce it. Melatonin is what the brain produces that makes you sleepy.
