Question: RCA TV, the menu starts up at ON switch. How can I get its Menu to stop at start up? I bought a Universal Control Box (to change channels and adjust volume), it has no effect on the RCA TV's menu. To TV Tech, I like your answer and I will try it. Answer: Wow...three trolls and one real guy. Getting kinda crowded here yahoo. Anyways, your problem is most likely caused by a stuck Menu button on your TV set. You have to unstick it. Now, if it's actually sticking, you can turn off the TV , unplug it, and take a bottle of isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) and a toothbrush and scrub all the switches. That should remove any sticky substances between the buttons and the switches. Work the switches during cleaning so the alcoho-water blend can do it's magic. Wait 30 minutes before plugging it back in.

Answer: Assuming you are using the Data Validation > List method, you need to create the table with your fruits and colors, say Fruits in column AA and colors in AB. Use column AA for your Data Validation List. If your cell containing the drop down is A1, then in cell B1 enter the formula: =IF(A1="","", VLOOKUP(A1,$AA:$AB,2,FALSE)) If you have multiple dropdowns in column A, just drag the formula down column B

Answer: You should enter codes form the main menu and not the load profile menu. Once you load a profile, enter the code on the following screen.

Question: How do you attach things to the start menu if you've already taken them onto the desktop? I want to put paint and word and a lot of things back onto the stat menu because my desktop is all cluttered with icons. I am finishing up my server training at a very corporate resturaunt tomorrow and I have to take a complete menu test which I am super never about. Answer: Do you have someone who can quiz you? A couple restaurants I've worked for have given me a copy of the menu to memorize. It was easier when my roommate would randomly say "What's in a Happy Camper?", "What's in a Crocque Madame?", "What does it come with?". Having someone else randomly ask prepares you for random questions from customers. She'd ask when I was watching the news, reading the paper, or cleaning. It really worked. Good luck!
