Question: What is the best time for taking multivitamins/minerals supplements? I lift weights 3-4 times per week. I usually drink a protein/carbo shake immediately after training: is that the best moment to take supplements or not?

Answer: Sure. Take ur protein/carb drink after ur workout. But, take a multivitamin, because they contain Bs, in the morning. B vits. give you mental and physical energy. take minerals in the evening. Minerals, like calcium will relax you. Also, do a kinesology test when u choose a product. Stand and hold the item to ur solarplexis. If u start to lean forward then ur body is telling you that you need it. If you start to lean back, that's your body telling you it doesn't want it. You must pick products that your body can assimilate. Otherwise it's just going down the toilet; Literally. Choose a product that is food based.
