Answer: I recently heard a talk from an Ironman Kona finisher.
He recommended Chili, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, Zinc, all to protect soft tissues and cartilage. Chili also helps lose weight. Unger, the german tri world champion, spoke highly of it - he just swallows up to 12 dried birds eye chilies a day with water (don't chew :-))
- this helped him stomach another training unit per week without damage, and helped him lose weight to increase the power to weight ratio.
Plenty of protein and iron, too.
Magnesium and Calcium are important to keep muscles going so take a rather high dose.
Question: What are the Best health solution with the help of natural food supplements available in Indian Markets? Fruits or vegetables with no additives and artificial flavourings or colourings without harmful effects on individuals health.
Answer: Just visit a produce section at a grocery store - I don't see what the problem is here... Some would say to buy Organic fruits and veggies, but I've read studies suggesting they have no added health benefits over non-organic foods.
Question: Food Supplements + Natural food = Too much vitamins + minerals (overdose)? I take food supplements (pill), that give for most vitamins and mineral scientifically defined amount for one daily.
But i also get vitamins and minerals from ordinary food, wont i get overdose eating supplement + natural food each day, especially if i eat raw food that has lots of vitamins and minerals?
Answer: For health issues you should speak with your doctor. I do know most people eat foods and take a vitamin each day as I do but I do this because my doctor wants me to because of other health issues. If your just getting a little to much of one thing your body will flush it out and you will just be flushing the pill down the drain. Get some blood work done to see if you are lacking in anything.

Answer: The affect can only be good simply because MOST, but not all supplements are simply food. Yes actual, food, that in most cases you simply don't get enough of. Or kill them with the affects of consumption or over consumption of caffeine, tobacco and/or alcohol, or drug use.
In all cases with using supplements, the same as using food, the use of all the above mentioned items should be curtailed or your just wasting more money as with using them and eating your usual food.
So in that respect it takes longer to feel or actually get any affects from them because the body is ALLOWED to take what it needs, as opposed to chemicals that are forced on the body and only give you a burst of energy, or feeling good.
Any excess will be passed out of the body.
However, you need to read the labels and watch for caffeine, though they use SOME caffeine in all supplements. It really depends on the quantity they put in each one.
Once you start on them you'll notice a change in the two eliminations from the body, so don't be alarmed by this unless it becomes something REALLY out of the ordinary.
Be very cautious and watchful of and for any allergic reactions.

Answer: your body especially at 15 can only absorb so much protein.
high protein foods can do the job of a supplement. people choose to take supplements cos its a quick method of getting the protein in your body. its not magic muscle dust
high protein foods include. lean meats (chicken breast). eggs. nuts. meats in general (but stay away from meats high in fat)

Answer: Yes, of course you can.
Think back to the days of the gladiators. They were huge and powerful. You think they took any supplements? :-)
People have been building superb physiques for centuries on a diet of eggs, steak and milk. All you need is a good healthy diet that is high in protein and hard training. And patience of course. You don't build muscle overnight.
Finally, you absolutely MUST have a caloric surplus to gain weight. No way around this.

Answer: To all those who believe that when doctors test your cholesterol levels in your body and look at the LDL levels and your LDL levels were high, what was your LDL pattern 1 and LDL pattern 2 numbers?
