Nitrix
Question: How old do you have to be to purchase BSN Nitrix from GNC? I am looking at BSN Nitrix and am wondering how old you have to be to buy it. I am 17.
Answer: Like 12. Dude they don't care they'll sell it to anyone. Gnc is a rip off and the workers are dumb. When i was 14 the worker sold me a testosterone booster. That is sooo unhealthy for someone at that age. I buy all my stuff off of Tsnnutrition.com. Im sure if your 17 they wont bother you though. I bought nitrix and im 16 so it should be no problem. But honestly i dont think its that amazing of a product or anything....
Question: I've been taking tablets called Nitrix and i wanted to know how long am i supposed to be taking them for? I've been taking tablets called Nitrix and i wanted to know how long am i supposed to be taking them for??
Would i need to train by going to the gym everyday or 3 times a week whilst taking the Nitrix tablets?
Answer: These supplements are just that, to supplement your fitness regime. The quality of your fitness programme is what's important, and over-training and under training are both potentially bad for your results.
If your gym etc has instructors, seem them to ensure that you have a good balanced routine, including some cardio vascular working out, which could be anything from running, swimming, rowing etc. Get a rest day each week, and consider cycling your routine, so that you work on opposing muscle groups one day, rest them the next, and work on alternative muscle groups in between. So you could train six days a week, if you wish, with the 7th for rest, or work out as little as your schedule permits. I'd aim for a good 3 training days a week as a minimum, and take the tablets that you've got, seeing how your results shape up, compared to before starting with them. If your programme is similar before and after, then the differences should be attributable to the supplements.
If you like your results, increase work loads incrementally, and potentially get more of the Nitrix. Drink plenty of fluids too, and remember to add in cv workouts, to get leaner, as well as build your stamina.
Hope this helps. Good luck! Rob
Question: Can I take Nitrix if I have high blood pressure? I started working out and this friend recommended Nitrix, but my only concern is that I have high blood pressure and I'm taking medication for it. Does anybody know if I could take it??
Answer: First of all, you should NEVER take anything without talking to your doctor first..
Secondly, Nitrix has been linked to possible heart failure and considering you already have a high B/P this could cause more issues. Your B/P being high is already putting a strain on your heart..You don't want to do anything that might further jeopardize it.

Question: Is BSN NITRIX an illegal substance to take if I am athlete in Texas? I know steroids are illegal but I cannot find a list of things that would not show up on a drug test.
Answer: Here is the link to the World Anti-Doping Agency where you can click on the prohibited list: http://www.wada-ama.org/
When it comes to doping in sports, all steroids are banned but there are some exceptions for substances that are considered medically necessary. The list is confusing because it doesn't address substances by name but rather by what they do. Each sport has it's own governing body that may have additional banned substances. Swimmers are tested by FINA which has a pretty long list. Most professional athletes refuse to take any kind of supplements whatsoever because of chemicals in them that might be considered "doping."
When you test positive they don't make exceptions for "unintentional doping" which is what that would be. Athletes also eat organic foods to avoid chemicals like HRT's - hormones used in cows and found in milk. Remember that dietary and herbal supplements are not regulated by the Food and Drug Administration so they do not have to include all the ingredients on the label or even provide safe doses. For example, Muscle Milk is just one of many protein supplement companies accused of having toxic levels of mercury and other poisons such as arsenic. Question: Whats the long time effects of taking a nitrix or a creatine product? i know they help in gaining mass and strength, just what is effects told vital organs or health, if i take them like a cycle 6 weeks then four weeks off, will i be ok?
Answer: Cycling creatine is not needed. Just take it day in/ day out. The longer you take creatine for the better, because over time your creatien phosphorus levels will increase, making the product more effective. There are no long term side effects of creatine. There may be some kidney strain if 4 liters of water is not drunk per day. But creatine monohydrate is 100% safe and effective and is backed by tons of scientific literature. Creatine ethyl ester, Kre-alaklyn, however is not backed by any scientific literature and is very expensive, and not proven to be safe. I took it once and it gave me chest pains, so I had to stop taking it. So stick to creatine monohydrate. As for nitrix? I dont really know. Some people say that arginine is not effective at all at raising growth hormone levels, and does not actually give you a pump, and that the caffeine they load in the products makes you believe it is working but it is really not. Choose your products carefully my friend, there are many schisters out there!
Bottom line: Creatine monohydrate is completely safe and effective in most people. Arginine is not studied enough to know wether or not is its truely 100%safe and effective.
Question: Can I take Creatine and Nitrix Oxide together? I was wondering if I could take these two supplements together without them ''competing''. I've been taking creatine for awile now, and its given me great results. I also take whey protein, fish oil, and a GNC sports multi-vitamin. I saw Nitric Oxide on the shelves and noticed its ''boost'' that it gives you. Can I take Creatine and Nitric Oxide without them competing aganist another?
Answer: Yes you can. They don't compete with one another since they work in entirely different ways.
Question: Can i take Nitrix and Cellmass Together and what do they both do? i just bought both cellmass and nitrix over at gnc and i was wondering if it was possible to take both of them at the same time. I weight lift everyday for high school football so i have pretty intense workouts. Also what do they both do, like to your body and are there any side effects of them? Thank you
Answer: no side effects you can use both together◙
Question: how and when is the right time to take bsn nitrix, bsn no xplode, cell mass and whey protein? For example take nitrix and no xplode 30 min before workout or with 20 minute intervals, and how can i squeeze in cell mass and whey protein after workouts (e.g. take whey protein and cell mass at once?) please help.
Answer: Nitrix is suppose to be taken throughout the day on an empty stomach every day. You can take it before breakfast, then around noon and then in the early evening. NO Xplode or any NO pre-workout product in general should be taken before your workout, about 30 min before depending on the product. You can take the Nitrix and NO Xplode at the same time if want.
Take your creatine (ie cell mass) immediately after your workout. If you take cell mass, then also take it before bed (6-8 hours after your first dose. if you train at night then take your first dose 6-8 hours before your workout.) Take your whey protein no more than 45 min later. Whey protein is in and out of your system fairly quickly and you need this rapid delivery during this time. You can also supplement between meals with whey protein, but it is not the ideal protein to take throughout the day as it is in and out fast. Cassien protein is slow digesting and is ideal to take before bed and in between meals. The best source of protein and and all other nutrients will always be food, so try and get it all from your diet first.
Question: What is the difference between BSN NITRIX and NO-XPLODE? iv been working out for 3 years now and iv gained abt 50 pounds and through out this 3 years the only supplements i took was protein, creatine and amino acid pills, NOW i want 2 start 2 use NO-XPLODE but then i made some research and NO-XPLODE and NITRIX kinda sound the same soo which 1 should i use and whats the difference between them .. thx
Answer: Hi,
They both are the same but different amounts. Nitrix mostly contains the Nitric Oxide (N.O.). NO-Xplode contains Nitric Oxide, Creatine and Energy stimulants.
The NO-Xplode is to be used as a Pre-Workout supplement, so you only use it when you workout. The Nitrix you take throughout the day (every day) given you the effects of nitric oxide all day long. You can combine both if you want, since you need higher amounts of nitric oxide to work best.
Hope this helps!
Question: Are Nitrix Oxide Supplements Worth The Money? BSN Nitrix, Gaspari Plasmajet,
Both Nitrix Oxide supplements, but are they worth my time and money? Thanks.
Answer: Nitric Oxide is a Biological gas created by the body to Repair, Maintain and Defend our cells. One part of Nitric Oxide is nitrogen, and one part oxygen. The truth is that Nitric Oxide is deeply embedded in nearly every major aspect of human physiology. Nitric Oxide is proven to help with a wide variety of different conditions in the human body such as, inflammations, insomnia, digestive problems, pain, diabetes and injury, energy, sexual function, weight loss, and even more.
BSN, a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements developed their product "Nitrix" primarily for the bodybuilding community. After the Nobel Prize winning research, that clearly proved the effects of elevated NO levels, BSN realized that this blood vessel dilation effect could have numerous benefits. The first thing Nitrix users will notice after a week or two is better "pumps" and increased vascularity when working out. "The Pump" is when a muscle that is being worked through heavy weight training becomes engorged with blood and gets bigger and harder. Additionally, Nitrix increases vascularity. Bodybuilders love seeing forearms and biceps that have huge, clearly defined veins bulging.
One of the other benefits that users report with Nitrix is better recovery from their training. Since blood vessels are bigger, nutrients and blood flow are shuttled throughout the body more readily
So are there any downsides to Nitrix? Well, side effects that have been reported are few but some people who take more than the recommended dose of Nitrix have reported stomach upset. It is important to take the dose suggested.
PlasmaJet™ is the first nitric oxide sports nutrition product designed for the intelligent and informed consumer - a product so effective, you only need to take it every other or every third day at most! Where other nitric oxide products fail, PlasmaJet™ succeeds - if you demand mind boggling pumps to maximize your muscle size, PlasmaJet™ is guaranteed to exceed your expectations. If you need a product that allows for maximal vaso-expansion so more oxygen, amino acids and other "muscle building blocks" can get to your muscle cells while carbon dioxide, creatinine, and other "muscle waste products" can be shuttled away from you muscle cells then PlasmaJet™ is for you!.
Good luck! Hope this Helps! :D
Question: What`s the difference between BSN`S Nitrix and NO-Xplode? arent they both nitric oxide supplements?
Bitch what are you talking about this is a fucking nitric oxide workout supplement u dumbass
Answer: You're right-both are nitric oxide boosters. The main difference is in the NO-Xplode. NO-Xplode is a pre-workout drink meant to help you boost your workout; it contains caffeine and other herbal stimulants to help your energy, citruline malate amd arginine complexes for the "pump", CEM (BSN's version of creatine ethyl ester) to introduce a form of creatine to you skeletal muscle, amongst many other ingredients to help you have a more productive workout. On the other hand, Nitrix is strictly an NO booster meant to keep your body and muscle tissue feeling 'pumped' over the course of the day, using the same technology found in NO-Xplode (Arginine complexes), but none of the other performance enhancers. Some schools of thought with a product like Nitrix is that the pump is more blood being brought to your muscle tissue. This would equate to more of the nutrition you ingest getting to the muscle. The jury is still out on that one. Whatever the case may be, make sure you read the directions carefully, as there are warnings for individuals who have certain health risks, and as always (sorry to sound like the Surgeon General) make sure you check with your doc. You can check out the links below for more in-depth descriptions of the products, plus their Supplement Facts (I'm not associated with the website, but they have really good prices. Also check out prosource.net). Good luck!
