Nutritious Drink

Question: Is this a nutritious smoothie to drink? Here's what I put in it: Non-fat Greek yogurt A splash of fat free half and half. Pomegranate juice (100% juice) Green tea(unsweetened) Strawberries and blueberries Mango 1 scoop of Greens First (It gives you ten servings of fruit and vegetables) I blend this all up and it end's up being a delicious smoothie. Does this sound like a nutritious smoothie to drink and would it be ok for me to drink it for breakfast?

Answer: i think that sounds like a really nutritious breakfast! you may want to skip the half and half, but i dont think its necessary. that sounds really really great, i like how you use lots of things with good nutrients! good job :)
