Optimum Diet

Question: what is considerd to be the optimum diet for preserving health? please could you give me your veiws on this

Answer: optimum diet usually consists on these factors calories men is 2.500 aday and fat is 95g of which saturates 40grams women - 2000 fat: 70g of which sats is 40g make sure u have a multi vit plus a balanced diet of essential fats, vegetables, fibre, starchy foods for energy fruit, juices, nuts, seeds, protein meats or soya if veggie, (of course the odd naughty bit of choccy, keeps our brains happy) and good cardio excercises 30 mins each and everyday! and plenty of water at least 2 ltrs a day :)
