Question: How do I use organics to make my skin lighter and get rid of Acne? How do I make my skin lighter naturally? Like using vegetables and shit? AND how do I get rid of Acne with organics [vegetables, tea, etc.]
Answer: Hi, I am a DIY person :) so I am always looking for homemade stuff instead of buying.
I looked into the matter and I found out many natural home remedies for acne. Most of them will help your skin heal from the damage caused by your acne, but they won't cure the acne.
But I didn't give up. One theory that made sense to me is that you need to treat the internal problem causing acne. That is - hormonal imbalances, toxines etc..
How can you do that? - Primarily you must help the liver, the pancreas and the kidney.
I am currently using "Apple Cider Vinegar" which is a natural cure for acne.
Apple Cider Vinegar is an effective natural agent that cures acne by killing the bacteria and balancing our skin's pH level (which is a measure of acidity). It also absorbs excessive oil from our skin, which is a leading cause of acne.
In the spring I will take a Dandelion cure.
Dandelion shuns wet places, it has two outstanding qualities: it is useful in disorders of the liver and of the gallbladder.
Dandelion and Stinging Nettle have a blood purifying effect. They aide the functions of the liver and the pancreas, thus reducing the hormonal imbalances in the body.
Infusion: 1 heaped tablespoon of roots is soaked in cold water overnight, brought to the boil and strained next day. This amount is apportionately sipped, half an hour before and half an hour after breakfast.
I also recommend a Nettle cure as an acne remedy.
- Wear gloves when handling fresh nettle plants.
- Remove leaves from stems and discard stems.
- Fill a teapot full of nettle leaves
- Pour boiling water over the leaves.
- Steep for 5 minutes.
- Add honey and/or lemon if desired and drink.
The tea will be somewhat bitter. However, it is quite nutritious an especially high in calcium.
Other quick homemade acne treatments I found to keep your skin clean:
1. Garlic is an excellent treatment for acne, in case you did not know. Just rub with a garlic clove cut in two over the acne, or cut into slivers a garlic clove and apply over acne with a plaster, leaving overnight to act;
2. Onion is a good apprentice in the fight against acne and its traces when it disappears. Make a puree with the blender and apply it as a facial mask once a week;
3. Lemon juice applied to skin helps to close pores, and to increase the brightness of skin;
4. Baking soda mixed with vegetal soap (preferably soap made only from olive oil or vegetable oil) is the best antibacterial scrub the skin;
5. Mixture of fine sea salt to whites of an egg is very good for sensitive skin attacked by acne. Apply as a mask and remove easily with circular movements;
6. Honey can be applied as a mask for acne skin;
7. Vinegar is a good tonic antiseptic for acne, acting very gentle if you mix in equal proportion with water or green tea;
8. Yogurt is very effective and safe for skin prone to acne. Apply directly from the jar, let it react 5-10 minutes, then rinse;
9. Cut a gauze circle about the size of the face, soak it in fresh made green tea (very hot but not boiling) and apply on face. Let dry and remove carefully;
10. Herbs such as echinacea, rosemary, dill and parsley are great for teas and infusions wich purify the skin.

Question: How can you remove oil from water using organics like grass and feathers? I am looking for different methods to remove the oil in case of a small spill, using only my hands. Any suggestions?
Answer: Try putting some diatomaceous earth in a cheesecloth bag, then skim it across the water, since the oil will float on top of the water. There is also a device that looks like regular 8 or 12-oz. measuring cup...called a gravy skimmer, which separates fat from gravy, available thru Williams-Sonoma or other cook's supplies websites.
Question: How would you extract organics from a cloth sample? Would I put it any particular solvent, such as diethyl ether and repeat this 2 or 3 times. How would I get the final extract and how will identify compounds? NMR?
Answer: The first question to ask is the polarity of the organics. If they are non-polar (like oils), then non polar solvents (like hexane) should be used for the extraction. A sohxlet extractor does a good job with small amounts of material. Just evaporate the hexane after refluxing an hour or so. Polar substances can be dissolved in water but ethanol or ethyl ether can be used if the solvent needs to be evaporated quickly. A rotary evaporator does a good job with alcohols, ethers or ketones. Detection is easiest using HPLC (high pressure liquid chromatography). The chromatographic column needs to match the polarity of the solvent passing through it. C18 is a good polar material for use with water or alcohols. Silica columns are used with non-polar solvents such as hexane. GC (gas chromatography) is another option. The column is not quite as important as the detector. Electron capture detectors (ECD's) are radioactive devices very sensitive to substances containing Oxygen or halogens. ECD's are used in pesticide analysis. FPD (flame photometric detectors) are general purpose detectors and can be used with almost anything. Hall detectors are extremely sensitive to halogen containing compounds. Finally, there is Mass Spectroscopy. This works in conjunction with a chromatographic column, which separates compounds. The Mass Spectrometer then breaks molecules up into ions, and the weight percentages are very characteristic of individual compounds.
Question: Has anyone heard of Dr. Organics. I am thinking of becoming a rep and wanted to see what the word is on it? Is it a pyramid scheme? How great is their product? Has anyone heard of this?
Answer: Dr Organics offers Great products. Definately a lot better than what is out on the markets today. I have been taking the products for over 4 months now- and am just amazed.
I have tried a lot of different products, and none have made me FEEL a difference like these. The protien is an isolate. which is so much better for you, and hard to find. 95% whey. And the fruits and greens 1oo% organic with a mariene complex. I like the combo- something works for me.
I would Definately recommend becoming a rep. They are unparalled products and have a good compensation plan. You can just pay the 29.95 to get the products whole sale. Or you can pay the like $520? to become a "preferred" rep, and thats where you can make money off your sales. (pyramid)
If I were you I would Try the products for 30 days and let them speak for themselves. They taste great and make you feel better.
They have one also for metabolism, called pure control. With hoodia, cinnamin, and green tea and a variety of other metabolic raising products. RESEARCH and Compare.. The products are in a league of their own.
Good luck with all. I wish you health and happiness.
I sell the products, you can check out my sight

Question: The best answer about organics wins the points!? Why is organic important to you?
Why do consumers choose organic?
Why do farmers farm organic?
Do you personnally buy organics?
If yes, why do you buy organic?
What things are important to you in your life?
I am doing some work research, help me out the most, and you get the points! It's as simple as that.
Good luck!
Answer: Organic is important because, even though the FDA approves insecticides and other chemicals for use in producing food, it does not mean it's actually safe to eat. Organic production also uses the methods of crop rotation which is a tried and true way, via centuries of use, to keep the soil rich and productive.
Consumers choose organics because their health and well-fare and that of the world is important to them.
Farmers choose organic, because even though they want to make money on their crops the realize that their land is their well-fare. If they ruin their land with chemicals, they will no longer be able to produce crops.
I do buy organics. I buy them for all of the reasons above.
Life is important. More importantly a healthy life is important.
Good luck with your research.

Question: Aubrey Organics products are all natural, can i get a recommendation of which type I should try for my hair? I am African Ameircan, with virgin hair (no relaxer). I want a shampoo that is not drying and a conditioner that will make my hair healthy.
Answer: Aubrey Organics makes great shampoos. My mother really loved the Rosemary one but they discontuined it.
We currently use Kelhis which i am really liking. You can ask them what would be the best type for your hair.
Question: Where to find best prices on organics? I want my family to use only all natural organic foods and toiletries. Where can I find the best prices on these items? Can you recommend a good website or some other way to save on these things?
Answer: farmer's market usually only have organic foods
Question: Is it possible to break-down organics with microwaves ? Organics 'should' be hydrophobic (although not in all cases) and shouldn't be polar. Water is polar and this allows it to be heated via rotational excitation.
I've been reading a patent that claims that their microwaves can break C-C bonds because the organic material directly absorbs the microwave energy. Is this possible? Their claim that it works on all organics.
Answer: Microwaves can break down organic molecules but it could work but only in polar organic molecules. I'm not sure how it can break down non-polar organic molecules. If C-C does absorb microwaves their might be a possibility.
Question: How can I fix what Aubrey Organics has done to my hair? It's given me dandruff and dried out my hair! I bought it because it is sulfate free and sulfates make me shed like crazy. How can I get the balance of my scalp back. It itches!
I had such nice hair before I used it now it's kinda dry!
But there are so many sulfates in head and shoulders I am a little nervous about shedding.
Answer: next time, do not use shampoo. Instead, rinse with warm water and deep condition with a moisturizing conditioner.
or
before you go to sleep at night massage a carrier oil in your hair and directly on your scalp like castor, olive, sweet almond, jojoba, or coconut. Massage it in and leave on your hair overnight, wake up and wash it out w/ a moisturizing shampoo (if you can find one). Or just wash your scalp w/ baking soda. Then apply aloe vera gel throughout your hair and scalp to moisturize the scalp and hair.
