Answer: Don't invite thugs, if they show up, tell them to leave, the best parties are the ones that don't get ruined! If someone shows up that arent popular, but nice people, let them hang out. I'd rather have unpopular friendlies than popular trouble makers. You want your party to be known as the party where everyone had fun, not the one where someone got beat up. And invite people to bring a snack (or drink). Don't feel you have to be responsible for all of it...the more the merrier.

Answer: since it's still summer, POOL party if you have a pool! have summery desserts available, fruit punch, virgin cocktails.. recipes are all over the internet. if you're into sports, do water sports together at the pool. if not, like previous answer, have theme party and have all the guests dress up for it. or, if you want to save money, have a potluck dinner. each guest has to bring a dish and it has to be different from each other, but they don't have to bring you b'day gift. and then rent a movie or have a board game ready ... fun times await you all night!

Answer: You could decorate the tables with black crushed velvet tablecloths and top with hot pink or purple boas. Your guests will serve as the most important decoration. Let word get out that everyone is planning on dressing up, and that if they prefer it this way: girls can come as pimps and guys can come is hos. You could also give each guest bling (albeit, plastic fake bling) when they come in, and you could use the bling as part of a game (maybe like mardis gras beads--or if that's out of line--maybe guests can't say a certain word, like "Pimp," "Ho," or some other word that is likely to be said a lot, and if they say that certain word, they have to give their bling to the person who tricked them into saying it--person with the most bling wins a prize). For food, I would go with bite size finger foods. You could do buffalo wings; mini cheese pizzas; mini hotdogs in buns; a tacky mess of familiar foods. If you lay it out buffet style, you could string boas all across the table, and lay the plates over the boas. If you want, you could put folded cards in front of each dish and give it a pimp/ho-related name (e.g., Pimp's Pizza; Ho's Hotdogs). I also would have "special" drinks (alcoholic or non-alcholic), and give them fun names like "Pimp Juice" (which could be punch or jungle juice); "My-Ho-ito" (which could be non-alcholoic or regular mojitos); "Sex on the Bi-a@#*" (Sex on the beach--or non-alcholic version); "Pretty Woman" (you could do cosmos for this; or for non-alcholic a shirley temple). If you want something more shocking, there are alot of other drinks that have names with sexual innuendos (some that require you to drink up in an embarrasing manner).

Answer: Italy has quite a strong communist party and the former German communist party has joined with dissidents to the SPD to form the left party which has a lot of seats in the Bundestag.

Answer: party b - but considering both parties left the scene - party a and b will have to deal with party p - ( police ) - because that is leaving the scene of an accident - and unless one admits total fault to their inscurance and in court - you two will not have fun sorting this out - ( yelling stop does not make party a liable because party b rushed around the other and stopped behind him )

Question: What are good party ideas for a 13 year old girl turning 14? My birthday's at the end of March, so I have about 3 weeks to plan a party. My friend is helping me plan it, and we are debating on a good theme (We love the nightclub idea because of the non-alcoholic drinks) and what type of party. Answer: If you're going to go with the night club theme (non-alcoholic, of course), you can do lots of things. First, you will need lots and lots of music. Make some mix cd's or load up an iPod with lots of dance and party music. Get a disco ball or other party lights, lava lamps, neon - lots of fun stuff like that) and turn the lights down low in the room. Get some of those neon glow sticks and bracelets (you can usually find them at the dollar store) and make sure everyone has one. If you get random colors, you can even use them for games, like everyone with green only can dance to this song, or someone with red has to as someone with yellow to dance. Even get a black light and set it up in a corner. This will make everything that is white (t-shirts, sneakers, teeth) glow. Get some cheap white t-shirts and glow paints (I think hi-liters work also) and let people decorate their own shirts. At the "bar", designate a bartender - maybe someone's older brother or sister - to make your mocktails. Virgin daiquiris and margaritas (from store-bought mixers) and other frozen drinks (see below for more ideas), and other drinks like Shirley Temple's and Rob Roy's. Make sure to get plenty of maraschino cherries and little cocktail umbrellas (from a party supply store) - this will make the drinks very "grown up". Don't forget to leave little bowls of munchies, like peanuts and popcorn around for everyone to nosh on.

Since most things are taken, I'd throw an "All the Theme Parties are Taken so This is a Party about Nothing." Go from there. Answer: All of the party's listed except No party think they are doing those things,but personally I do not believe that making everyone poor,and allowing our country to be taken over by foreigners is securing either of those.
