Question: Sensitivity? My teeth are super sensitive, what can I do to lessen the sensitivity? Like I can't eat ice cream, and I can't walk or run in the winter cuss it hurts my teeth so bad.
Answer: avoid sugar and you can get sensitive toothpaste
Question: How long does it take sensitivity toothpaste to work? I bought the colgate tooth paste fro tooth sensitivity, and i was wondering how long it usually takes before it gets rid of my sentivity.
Also what is the difference between in pain between a cavity and tooth sensitivity?
Thanks in advance, and ten points to the best answer.
Answer: Tooth sensitivity is the reason why you need to use sensitive toothpaste. The pain is usually from cold foods and hot foods & can be from just touching your teeth. Pain from a cavity usually comes from biting down, food getting caught, cold drinks, breathing air, etc. A lot of times if you have a cold feeling or a broken tooth or a old filling in the tooth( with reccurent decay under it), sensitivity can mean you need a root canal ?
Question: What should one do about extreme sensitivity on a molar tooth? I had braces about a year ago. When I had braces, the brace in the lower left first molar had to be reattached twice. The reattaching process included a machine that rotated at high speeds and removed glue. I felt a little sensitivity after the second time, but at the time I just ignored it. I now have extreme sensitivity on my lower left first molar. Near the gum line the tooth is sensitive to cold and touch. What should I do? Do I require root canal?
Answer: if it is very sensitive, you need a root canal treatment.
Question: I just started wearing a night guard to reduce my sensitivity caused by grinding. When can I bleach my teeth? I want to bleach, but I don't want to do it too soon because I know that it will cause increased sensitivity on top of the sensitivity I've already been experiencing due to my grinding. I just started using my night guard about four nights ago. I've worn it consistantly (surprisingly) and do not remove it during the night. I have noticed a markable decrease in my sensitivity, but I would like to know when I can start bleaching my teeth.
anyone??????
Answer: After 4 weeks
Question: How do I change pressure sensitivity settings on my wacom pen and touch tablet? I want to change the pressure sensitivity from smaller to larger size into lighter to darker color
as if you were using a real pencil. The harder you press, the darker it gets.
Answer: its in the pencil settings of photoshop etc- on the tool bar, click on the pencil then go to options on the bar across the top- its different in every version- so look for settings, pressure, etc.
Question: What is meant by climate sensitivity parameter and global warming potential? Name the gases responsible for greenhouse warming and explain how such phenomenon occurs.
What is meant by climate sensitivity parameter and global warming potential?
Answer: Climate sensitivity is a measure of how responsive the temperature of the climate system is to a change in the radiative forcing. It is usually expressed as the temperature change associated with a doubling of the concentration of carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere.
Global warming potential (GWP) is a measure of how much a given mass of greenhouse gas is estimated to contribute to global warming. It is a relative scale which compares the gas in question to that of the same mass of carbon dioxide.
Question: How do you change the sensitivity setting for xbox controller? Also, what sensitivity level do you play on?
I play MW2. Can you explain how you change it in the game?
Answer: You don't change sensitivity for the controller but for individual games. I play modern warfare 2 on 8 sensitivity but I play other games on lower. You change it in the game not on the Xbox.
Question: Is it normal to feel teeth sensitivity after a tooth extraction? I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out about a week now. But my bottom front teeth are very sensitive, I'm just wondering how long will it be till the sensitivity is gone?
Answer: its probably not related to the extractions, if any thing it should be the teeth adjacent to the wisdom teeth as the distal side of these teeth would be exposed. Try using Sensodyne toothpaste but rub it on your teeth last thing at night, after brushing them
Question: How long does sensitivity last after mouth debridement? I had to get a full mouth debridement on Tuesday, the said to expect some sensitivity for a couple of days but its Friday and it's still happening. It's making me miserable. Any idea when I can expect relief? Any suggestions on what could help calm the sensitivity?
Serious answers only, please.
Answer: Start using one of the desensitizing toothpastes or ask the dentist to give you a prescription for Prevident toothpaste. After using these for a couple of weeks, the sensitive root surfaces should be much better. good luck.
Question: What are the most common causes of low brake sensitivity? My car is old and, of course, the brake sensitivity is very low for my standards. I think I might have some rework done. Can anybody give me three or four of the most common causes of low brake sensitivity so I can have that checked out and maybe worked on? I'd prefer cheaper solutions since I'm on a budget. Thanks.
Answer: Depends what you mean by low brake sensitivity and on what car.
Brakes that need a heavy foot can be caused by sticking caliper pistons, worn out brake pads, seized vacuum assistance.
Without the car its hard to pick what it is but a full brake overhaul should do it.
Question: What is the difference between Accuracy and Sensitivity in terms of A2 Physics coursework? -I am a Salters Horners AS/A2 student doing my short writeup for my short practical (not the long one you do in A2).
I need to write about the Accuracy and Sensitivity. I remember they are different but i do not remember why.
HELP! the deadline is monday! Oh dear,
Answer: The two terms are easily confused. Accuracy is the term for whether a measure is true/valid or false/invalid. Sensitivity and its equivalent, precision, is the term for how fine the units of measure are.
Here's an example:
It may be accurate (valid) to say it's hot out today. But clearly that measure (assessment) is not very precise/sensitive. In fact, the unit of measure (hot or cold) is about as imprecise/insensitive as one can get.
On the other hand:
If may be precise to say the temperature outside is 95.33333999 deg F. But if temperature = T = 95.33333998, that measure is not accurate because 95.33333999 <> 95.33333998 and the presumption they are equal is False.
In general, the more precise the units of measure, the more likely your measurement will be inaccurate. You can see this from the two examples. When I used coarse units (hot/cold), it was very easy to be accurate because "hot" could mean anything above 80 deg F for example. But when I used a sensitive thermometer (with fine units of measure down to 8 decimal points), it was quite easy to be wrong (inaccurate) when off by .00000001 degrees.
Question: How do you go about doing a sensitivity analysis on different unlevered betas and their affect on WACC? How do you go about doing a sensitivity analysis on different unlevered betas and their affect on WACC?
I have tried to substitute the various unlevered betas in the CAPM calculation and then recompute WACC but my answers are not correct. Is there another formula?
Answer: You have to re-lever the unlevered beta using the formula
Be=Ba+D/E*(Ba-Bd)
where Be= Equity Beta (Or Levered Beta)
Ba= Asset Beta (Or Unlevered Beta)
Bd= Debt Beta
Now you can use CAPM with the levered beta Be.
Question: How do you turn off the touch sensitivity on Creative Prodikeys? Ive been trying for a long time and still don't know how to turn off the touch sensitivity, could someone please help?
Answer: Sorry But You Can't.
Question: How can I reduce sensitivity on my foot? I broke three metatarsal quite recently on my foot. I had to get my foot operated and now i have a scar on my foot. 6 months after the accident I notice that my foot is sensitive. A little slap will hurt my foot. Does this sensitivity have to do with the injured bone or the scar tissue? How do i reduce the sensitivity?
Answer: Strengthen it up.
Walk barefoot...
BUT BE CAREFUL!
If you start hurting, then stop barefoot walking...
I'm trying to stress that barefoot walking will heal quite a bit of lower body problems.
Question: How to turn up mouse sensitivity on a Mac? I have a IMac and i have the mighty mouse for it. But its sensitivity (going from one side of the screen to the other) takes a very large movement of my arm and i have very limited space on my desk. So is there anyway to turn up the look sensitivity to it.
Answer: Click on the apple logo menu at the upper left then choose preferences. Change it in the Mouse and Keyboard preferences panel.
There should be a slider there for mouse sensitivity and how fast the mouse moves across the screen.
Question: What does menstruation have to do with clitoral sensitivity? My husband and I were having sex today, and whenever he touched my clitoris it felt like he was rubbing it as hard as he could. He said he was barely touching it. The first day of my last menstrual period was the 17th of January. Does clitoral sensitivity have anything to do with your period?
Answer: I've found that my experiences with girls is that they are much more sensitive to their sexual organs and responses a few days before, during and a few days after their period. While I'm no scientist or doctor to give you a clinical viewpoint on it, it has been from my experience that I base this on. Many women report that they have increased sexual feelings a few days before their period begins or for a lack of a better word, feel "extra horny."
I believe this being medically true is that the increased amounts of fluid in the vagina or vaginal regions causes the vagina to be more sensitive. It is possible that with increased secretion levels (perhaps as a result of your impending period-start) that is causing your sensitivity to touch or external factors. Your state of arousal also plays an important role and given that throughout your cycle a woman goes through various ups and downs of hormonal degrees, you might just be more turned on than usual and thus, feel that a light touch is additionally stimulating than usual. Heck, even not having sex for a while might cause that pent up horniness waiting to be released!
Nevertheless, it is not unusual that I hear about my girl-friends being more friskier than usual when they approach their periods (and some during) until a week or so after their period comes to a full stop :)
