Answer: At the moment I'm on a proteine diet with which I lost 4 kgs per two weeks. The author of that is the french Dr. Pier Dukan ('How to get slim forever'). The core is to eat pure proteines 3 - 7 days, this includes:
all kinds of fish, chicken (breast meat), eggs, and oilness milk, of course plenty of water is obligatory. No restrictions for the quontity. The meat has to be prepared without oil. After these 3,4,5 or 6 days (according to your own feeling) you can add some vegetables, like tomatoes, cucumbers, cabagge, carrots, salads and so on but excluding potatoes and corns.
Depending on that how much weight you want to loose you have to follow that schema for ex. 5 days pure proteines and 5 days proteins + vegetables or 1/1, 2/2 days. You have to do this until you get to the desired kilos. Next if you want to keep the result you have to eat all above + two slices bread (not white), and one portion of fruits per day (except cherries, bananas, grape). This must be 10 days per each lost kilo. Better you find the book quoted above for more clearness. But it really works.

Answer: hmmmmm...i suggest something that TONES ur arms, perhaps doing very LIGHT weights with good amt of repitition. As for pretty delicate look...im not sure if its possible if u have BIG BONES..
Question: How do i slim down my thigh and calve muscles? I am a ballet dancer and have been for going on 9 years. Answer: You should not be so concerned about your body image. All people should have strong and healthy bodies. Most people, girls included, do not do enough exercise to develop their body. Since you have, you should not feel bad about it. I knew a girl in HS who was a premier ballerina and her legs looked great. Real boys do not feel insecure about girls having good muscle development. Those same muscles will help you stand up straight and walk gracefully in your later years. Body and mind are gifts from God and you should make the most of both. Never feel bad about being your best.

Answer: The advice to do aerobic exercise, jogging, swimming, dancing, cycling or whatever you enjoy and whatever lifts your pulse rate up for at least 25 to 30 minutes is the way to go. Spot reducing does not do nearly enough. You probably have firmer abs now that you are doing situps, but it is not reducing much fat content.
Be faithful in doing aerobics and be patient; there are no instant answers.

Answer: the best way to tone ur tummy is to do interval training, and include ab exercises. Like u do 4 min of jumping jacks, then some crunches, then 5 min of running, then another ab exersice, like tht order. It burns SOOOO much, it unbelieveable. hope i helped :)

Answer: You should be thankful you have the genetics to develop muscular legs. Don't be afraid to build muscle. Nothing looks better than a girl with muscular legs. I suggest you do squats and lunges, and if you are fat then start eating fewer calories. Don't neglect your calves.

I KNOW it is really about calories, but there is no denying that reducing bad carbs will help you lose weight. So I am wondering how many grams per day is a good amount when trying to slim down. Answer: It's not really about calories for all people. For many people it is about carbohydrates. If it was about calories then it would be like a math formula, eat 3500 calories less and lose a pound. But it's just not the case --- you plateau, you lose more at first and then tail off .. there's more to it. A lot of scientific research is being done now that shows how insulin, which responds mainly to carbohydrates, is responsible for weight gain. Rule of thumb is 20-50g/carb per day will result in weight loss. But you have to experiment and see what is right for you. Try 20-30g/day and to get them mainly from veggies and berries. Good luck!

Question: How long should I run everyday to slim down my legs? My legs are not fat but they are muscular. I just dont like the look I want them to be leaner so how long should I run to slim them down in 2 months? I'm in very good shape, I can run many miles. The only problem is i get bored easily so can you give me some tips so im not bored while running?
Answer: I don't think running is going to slim them down, I expect they'd look more muscular. I think you'll have to lose weight generally over your whole body to lose weight off you legs, and do that by dieting and a small amount of exercise. I used to dance only once a week, and since i've stopped I've put on weight everywhere, so i'm sure you could just do maybe a couple of hours running a week. You burn more calories in the first half hour of exercising supposedly, so you could break up your run into 20 minutes or whatever you have time to do, i expect once a day would be more than enough since by the sounds of it you're not trying to lose a crazy amount of weight. I definitely think eating healthily is your best bet though. Hope this helps.

Answer: You could go to a beauty salon for a body wrap that usually takes like an hour and it slims you down for like an event. But all you lose is water weight and you gain it back pretty quickly.
