Question: Do vibrating slimming belts really work on lower abdominal fat? I have a flat belly, except for an accumalation of fat on my lower belly. It's very stubborn. Would the slimming belts work for it?

Question: What is the safe slimming tea would you recommend? I want to lose weight. I tried slimming pills but I experienced palpitations. I want to switch to slimming teas. What is the safe slimming tea would you recommend?
Answer: My mom and my sister both drink "Bioslim" and they seem to like it and it works for them. They have been drinking it for a year now and we've seen no side effect either. However, since I am a little bit more health conscious and I don't like taking herbal medicines and stuff, I just drink green tea. I drink one glass 15 minutes before every meal and drink one glass after each meal. It has helped me loose weight slowly but safely. So, if you are really looking for a healthy way to loose weight, just go with the natural green tea.
Question: How exactly does the whole slimming world diet work? All i know is that on green days you eat most carbs and on red days you eat most protein?
So today for example i have had - a large bowl of porridge, a large bowl of plain pasta and some chopped vegetables (carrots, cucumber, peppers) and humus.
Is that good or bad for following a slimming world day?

Answer: You need to learn a bit more about the diet either by getting a book or going to a class at least until you get the hang of it.

Some foods are 'free' on certain days but porridge must always be measured as must hummus.(there's a lot of oil in hummus).
If you try to make up your own diet you're liable to put on weight.
Question: What is a good exercise for slimming down your hips? I've been working out - a lot of cardio, mostlyl the elliptical. I'm trying to focus now on slimming down my hips. What is the best exercise to focus on for that body part? Is walking/running on the treadmill the way to go?
Answer: Try running about and down the stairs for a week or so. Afterwards you can increase the work out by climing the stairs two steps at a time (take as much time as you need to begin with... just focus on really using your body to pull yourself up - wihtout the railing!)
This I suppose is a cheaper more practical approach to an incline on a treadmill but with the stairs you're fighting gravity a little harder because the track isnt coming to you - you really have to push yourself up those steps!
Question: is it ok to take a slimming pill with a slimming tea? the 2 brands are different from each other? Im currently using Zhen de Shou as my slimming pill and i'm planning to use ABS herbal slimming tea together with my pill because i feel constipated with the pill itself, so i need something to discharge the food that i intake.
Answer: Do not mix your tea with pills they dehydrate you that is the slimming secret, Diuretics. You may end up with Kidney failure if you aren't careful, and I agree with the other answer they don't really help you loose weight just water retention.

Question: What the difference between the cambridge diet and slimming fast? I have tried slimming world and keept 10 lb off but i would like to lose more. Answer: You can alternate both. I did and lost 55 pounds. Do 6 weeks of the Cambridge diet, then switch to Slim fast. It works!

Answer: I'm not sure about a specific restaurant, but I found a generic recipe and used the calories from that to find out an approximate syn value.
Extra Easy: 3 syns
Red: 3 syns
Green: 23 syns.
Bear in mind that it may be different for a restaurant. But good choice though. Pretty low in syns :)

Answer: Wear it only while walking/running. I would not recommend it as you may have some...compression...of the internal organs.

Answer: If it causes loose bowel movements - has any kind of laxative effect - then yes.

Answer: Drinking water has several great benefits.
First off, water is one of the healthiest things we can add to our diet. Water does not provide extra empty calories like soft drinks or juices. Water also can allow you to eat less, and still get the same full filling. A glass or two before meal can help curb appetites that are too large.
Water is also a natural flushing agent for our body. Many toxins and harmful chemicals in our cells get washed out as our water intake increases.
There is such a thing as too much water, although two liters a day comes no where close to this mark. Death by over hydration is possible, but this is only with massive quantities of water.
Personally, I feel much healthier when my water intake goes up. I have more energy, and I just feel better.

Answer: Walking every day is good for you and it burns the calories but.......you can speed up the losing process by counting your carbs keep them under 40 per day and you will lose 3-4 pounds a week.. The name of the game is portion control and forget about the sweets. One candy bar will set you back a week. Try it.
