To gain muscle u need to hit the weights hard and eat alot of good protein rich foods, and it couldnt hurt to take a protein shake too. Most supps out here are just over priced BS, dont buy into all the advertising.

Answer: none. ap u.s. is probably the easiest class to bullshit and do well in. i didn't read the textbook all year and didn't study ever and got a 4 on the exam. don't worry if you know anything about history already. i'd say you'll be fine if you typically do well in history classes

Answer: Rosetta S is very good but expensive. You haven't said if you are interested in European ( Castillian) Spanish or American Spanish - there ARE some differences in pronunciation, grammar, slang etc. There arehowever some great affordable online offerings. Answer: My neighbor bought an Eden Pure. It amounts to an way overly expensive electric space heater. They thought there would be an energy savings... 1500 watts is the same in any electric heater. They noticed no difference in their electric bills or their comfort using the eden pure vs. an old electric fan forced air space heater.
