5. You can force all if you could force your self.

14. You can change all if you could change your self.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
We declared these as sivashanmugam's laws on the nature of human laws.
---
What is your opinion these laws?
This is the revised version of a very basic law of science.
Can you guess that law?
Answer: This is too deep for me to judge!!
This is a great stuff dealing with a 'self' that most of us do not know at all. If one can know this self, one can know all including God, if indeed God exists as we believe. Knowing this self is the easiest way for us to know God.
Question: How does your dog conform to the breed type? Is your border collie a herding maniac, constantly on the go and nipping?
Is your pit bull dog aggressive?
Is your beagle/husky impossible to train on a recall?
Is your yorkie/chihuahua a constant barker?
Is your jack russell constantly digging up your garden?
How much does your dog resemble the traits that the breed is so well known for?
Is a bad thing if it does?
Let me just clarify, i am not talking about the UKC, UKC conformation. More the inherent traits in the dog.
Answer: I have a APBT and Bull Terrier. They are a little animal aggressive I would say. I don't think they would do well with cats or other small pets. They do ok with other dogs for the most part, but they are always the dominant one.
I don't really consider it a bad thing. Its who they are and I would not have got these breeds if I didn't expect it a little from them.
Question: How do you accurately list your position on your resume, when your employer has it wrong? When searching for a new job, how do you accurately list your position when your employer has given you the wrong title? For example: If your employer has given you the title of Accounts Payable Clerk, and you do the job of a CFO. What do you put on your resume?
Recruiters and hiring managers look directly at your past position titles to determine if you are qualified for a job, without regard to seeing your description.
For resume sake (not interviewing, because I know you can explain that situation in the interview) whats the best way to handle it?
Answer: You may want to consider changing your resume from a chronological one to a functional format. Chronological is when you list the company, your title, length of service and include some bullet points about your responsibilities. A functional resume highlights your skills and experience in categories; in your case you could use things like management, accounting/finance, market analysis or whatever you think is most important. At the end of the resume, you include a list of your employers and dates of service. You can include the titles, if you want, but that could be counter-productive in your case.
Functional resumes look different than the traditional format. They are especially useful when you want to switch careers and need to help potential employers see your skills highlighted instead of a list of your past jobs.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
Question: How do you get your idea across without stepping over your supervisor's authority? If you were working on a major project that will not only reflect your department but also the director of public relations. If you feel like you have really good ideas but your supervisor keeps putting down your ideas and you really want to try them but keep getting denied. It seems like the only option would be to show your ideas to the director but at the same time you would be stepping on over your supervisor's authority. However, you feel strongly about your ideas that you are feeling to take this risk. What is the best way to bring this up to the director without stepping on anyone's toes.
Answer: Has your supervisor explained why s/he keeps refusing to let you try out your ideas? Have you come up with responses to those reasons or concerns? If not, you might start by asking for a short meeting to go over them. Before the meeting, try to think what the risks would be and how to minimize or mitigate them, so you have answers to your supervisor's arguments.
If you've been told the reasons for not moving on your ideas, but you haven't answered them, you could do this by writing up a proposal. In the proposal, state the current way things are done, your suggestions, the advantages of your way, and have a section on risk analysis covering the boss's objections and your responses. You could submit it to just your supervisor or you could cc the director as well. You could even cc the team, if you wanted, to make it look like an open communication. That way, you're not going behind the supervisor's back, you're just including the director in the loop. By addressing it to your supervisor, you're not going over his/her head - not openly, at least. In a subtle way, you're making sure the director will see it and giving him/her a chance to push for it if s.he likes the ideas. You can also follow up and ask his/her opinion directly, "just to get another perspective."
If you think this will lead to a problem with your supervisor, then your only real option is to request a private meeting with the director and say flat out that you don't want to step on toes, but you're being repeatedly shot down and feel your ideas are good enough and important enough to see the director about. Even if you end up doing this, presenting them in written form is a good idea.
Question: What percentage of your life do you feel is in your control? I buy into the idea that what happens in your life is a reflection of what is happening in your mind. Good or bad, you have purposely brought each and every event into your life with the power of your thoughts even if you don't realize that you've done it.
What percent do you feel you control in your life?
Answer: It's all in Gods hands
Question: How do potential creditors track your spending via credit report if you don't carry a balance on your cards? Most credit advice websites say to use your cards but pay off your balance so it shows your cards are still being used. They suggest this is somehow good for your credit. But if you pay off your balance every month, and the banks report a zero balance every month, how can agencies and potential creditors know you have used your cards at all? Or is this just so the issuing company doesn't lower your credit limits?
Answer: Creditors don't "track" your usage. They receive information as to the status of your account, that is, whether or not you are living up to the terms of your agreement with them and what your current balance is. A notation of balance=0 and 'as agreed' tells them you are doing so. RJ
Question: Does your opposite sign tend to gravitate towards you more so than any others? Does that sign appear anywhere in your chart, and if so, how do you think it influences your personality?
What's your Sun and how many times does your Polarity appear in your chart?
ME: Aries Sun; Libra Stellium in the 10th House and Libra Midheaven.
Answer: hey grrr..
Capricorns are always the people who will openly like me. They will tell people they think i am attractive. I have NEVER had another sign do this but it has only happened with capricorns.. They seem to REALLY like me... or NOT at all. but mostly they really do. I think it is because i come accross as caring, motherly and down to earth.. however, capricorn is the most dominant sign in my chart followed by aquarius and So, this could be why.
i love capricorns. i dont get them, but the men are so sweet i instantly feel some kind of empathy for them, because they are insecure and security seeking like us cancers.
hoewever, i frequently like geminis because i find them easy to chat to and fun, but they are so selfish it hurts. I;m gravitating towards taurus or cancer or not even liking one sign in particular :)
im cancer sun
Question: What situation with your child would be the hardest for you to accept? These are situations that parents go through with their children everyday, and i just wanna know which one would be hardest for you to accept and deal with:
1. Your daughter gets pregnant at 15 and wants to keep it
2. You find out your child is a cutter
3. You find out your child is a homosexual
4. You find out your child has an STD that can't be cured (herpes, etc.)
5. You learn your child is getting expelled from school
Which would be the hardest situation to accept/deal with and why?
Answer: The hardest to accept and deal with if my child was going through this is probably cutting and STD.
Yes getting pregnant and a young age for my household is a no no however I would never abandon the luck of my child and provide them support regardless of how angry i will be.
Homosexuality would be a no big deal I love my kids regarless of what they choose . I cant judge them for being themselves that would be very hypocrtyical of myself.
I think when it comes to expultiuon I would be upset depending on the situation though. If my son gets into a fight and he didnt start but did defend himself then I wouldnt be upset because he was defending ; however if he does something stupid that he shouldnt be doing then hell ya I will be pistl School is for learning not for acting up. My opinion of course.
A cutter is something that would probably devastate me because if my kids cut then something is going on for them to be doing this. Yes therapy can help ; however if parent are working etc... What if they cut while we are away and they bleed to death .? SO very difficult to deal with.
STD would be very hard as well to accept because Im sure if my kids were to ever go through this it will probably make there self esteem go really low and probably feel very insecure about themselves. Also its hard to accept the fact of an uncurable disease.
I think as a parent Its hard to accept such because as parents we do our best to nurture and guide our kids in the correct path and when we see that they stumble into things we comment ourselves and ask were we good parent and what did we fail in. A parent always worries and will never stop loving there kids regarless of what mischeif is in .
Question: When your trying to seeb when you ovulate do nyou start counting after your period or is the day that you star? When your trying to see when you ovulate, is day 1 the day that you start your period? Or do you start counting after your period?

Question: What is your best example of statistics being used to bend the truth? Looking for your best example of twisted statistics (either in the press, research, advertising, etc.) to sell a point.
For example, I hear a lot of things in the press where reporters say some medication doubles your risk of getting cancer or something, even if it doubles your odds of getting it from one in 10 million to one in 5 million. It's like saying "leaving your house increases your risk of getting killed by a falling meteorite by 500 percent".
Anyone else got any good examples?
Answer: Sample Report:
Based on a study conducted in a public school it was found out that that 75% of delinquent students are Asian.
What would you think about that statistical report without the knowing the raw data? Majority of the Asian students are delinquent right?
Here is the raw data/information:
Total student populations: 1,000
where
800 are Asian descend (Either both parent or just one is Asian)
200 are mixed (American/Hispanic)
reported Delinquent Students: only 4
of which 3 are Asian descend
It's easy to be fooled by statistics if you're just given the final figure without background of the raw data, your populations, and other pertinent information to make the presentation more objective.
Question: How mindful would you accept your partner to be towards your family? Would you mind your partner joking and taking the mick (jokingly, not in any serious manner at all) out of any members of your family? Perhaps parents are a big no no, but would you tolerate your partner joking about your brothers or sisters? Would you find this acceptable?
Sometimes jokes can be taken seriously without any intent of harm, but we take the mick out of friends all the time without a problem, is this rule applicable to your own family members, done by your beloved partner?
Answer: Yes, providing it's all in good humour. My other half and my youngest brother (whom I love dearly - can't stand my other two brothers!) are always ribbing eachother about their wildly differing political views, and their very different tastes in music.
However - probably best to leave the ribbing until you've got to know the family and individuals. Even picking up on family in-jokes too early can cause offence. And if someone makes it clear that you've joked about something and they don't find it funny - don't push it any further.
And of course if you dish it, be prepared to get it back!
Question: What are your five most significant strengths that contributed to your successful graduation from college? You are at your graduation dinner. Your best friend or favorite relative
stands up and talks about your five most significant strengths that
contributed to your successful graduation from college. What do you
think they are?
Answer: Gumption
Willingness to work hard no matter what
Parents who taught you to be self reliant
The ability and desire to sacrifice what you are for what you can become (to delay gratification)
Practical - don't do it for any other reason than to get a good job when you graduate. If you are doing this, the universe will unfold as it should. Plus, there will be plenty of time to take underwater nuclear basketweaving, tennis, or *cough* womens studies after you get the "real job" and can afford it.
Good health (but being a bit Obsessive Compulsive doesn't hurt)
Question: What has your candidate done to promote compromise between opposing views? Please explain how your candidate has either tried or succeeded in promoting a compromise between the different parties. We all know that candidates usually act differently when running for office, so examples of what they did BEFORE they started running for President would be great. Details and links would be appreciated.
How has your candidate been successful in this area? Here's a chance to promote your candidate's successes.
I'm interested in hearing from you specific details about YOUR candidate---not about whoever is opposing your candidate.
Answer: There should be no compromise.
We have no desire to compromise on core principles of personal liberty, free market, private property and national security.
Question: How did your marital problems negatively effect your parenting? For the divorced people out there, when you were still in your marriage and fighting with your spouse, did your parenting skills suffer? Were you short with your kids or less affectionate because you were just so unhappy in general?
Answer: In my situation, I became more affectionate and more tolerant of my children, because they became my support during the rough times. However, I do think that I sent them the wrong message by not ending it sooner. I'm pretty sure (by staying in a bad situation so long), that I taught them that being unhappy is right and normal, for the sacrifice of having a family. It's not, and people need to realize children sense unhappiness, and only you as a parent can change that. The most important thing was for me to keep reassuring them that it wasn't in any way their fault.

Answer: the lactic acid dissipates as aerobic respiration occurs when you stop running.
i recommend stretching a lot to work the acids out.
