Detox

Question: Detox?????? Ok well I still have some time to fit into my bikini for this summer. I've been working out at the gym about 3-4 days a week, and it seems like I'm missing something. I need a good diet plan! I was reading something on Oprah's website and she is going for a Detox diet. I thought I'd give it a try! I'm asking you guys for advice cause I've never, "dieted" before and man do I need to start. I'm 5'8 and 170lbs, and for me thats over weight. I had my daughter 3 years ago, and I haven't been able to loose the weight. So I wanted to try this detox diet. I love fruits, vegetables, and I also thought about skipping meat products, and going for fish. What do you think? Please give me opinion, and any detox information that you might know about. Thanks!

Answer: i think that sounds like a great idea! it is also very healthy if you stick to the plan and dont go overboard. As long as you have a certain protein factor in your diet it is okay to skip meats. I think i saw the detox lady on her show, i thought about it too! tell me how it goes!!
