Eating Correct

Question: Calories is less then eating correct? I need 2200 calories a day said my BMR. If i eat 1500 calories a day. i have lost 700 calories? meaning in 5 days i will have LOST 1 pound? Also i need to know do i lose calories by just watching tv, sitting at the compuer? walking to shcool? walking my dog?

Answer: Your math is correct. Yes, you burn calories just sitting around, even while you are asleep. You just don't burn very many. The 2200 calories a day is the usual amount for a moderately active adult.
