Question: Calories is less then eating correct? I need 2200 calories a day said my BMR.
If i eat 1500 calories a day. i have lost 700 calories? meaning in 5 days i will have LOST 1 pound?
Also i need to know do i lose calories by just watching tv, sitting at the compuer? walking to shcool? walking my dog?
Answer: Your math is correct. Yes, you burn calories just sitting around, even while you are asleep. You just don't burn very many. The 2200 calories a day is the usual amount for a moderately active adult.

For example:
I want to run
The second verb is 'to run'. You don't conjugate it, you just leave it as 'to run'.
ing is used as the progressive present. William is eating the vegetables describes something that is happening right now. If you wanted to say William is refusing to eat the vegetables is how to use ing in that sentence. You conjugate the first verb, 'to refuse' into the progressive present of 'is refusing'. But don't conjugate the second verb in the sentence.

Answer: Im not 100% sure why dog's eat grass.. I've heard various reasons from boredom, to upset stomache, etc. I think some dogs just like grass.
You should not let her eat grass from strange yards tho.. you dont know if the yard has been treated with any chemicals or pesticides.

Answer: i have also heard the same thing; that is is not good to sleep immediately after eating. But the thing is that i do it all the time and nothing has ever happened to me. Infact get drowsy after getting full so the siestas and sleep are even better. I think it is just a myth

Question: What is the Correct way to use your fork when eating pie? Do you slice the pie with the side of your fork, or do you jab the pie with the fork face down using the prongs of the fork?
Answer: you have to slice it first with the sides and then jab it with the prongs to lift and eat it otherwise if you jab it first you'll have too large a piece of pie to lift up to your mouth which will make you look silly.
