parents are strict as hell [muslims] and im kinda lost out there ☮☮☮
Answer: Come on boy! get yourself together! life isnt all moping around waiting for the next best thing to happen. You gotta get out there, and try your best at everything you do in life. Study! Read! Go out with friends. Ditch those suckers/losers that will end up in the dumpster when their older because of drugs. youre much better for sure. You have to believe in yourself. and if your parents dont help, you got to help yourself. you cant expect there to be a motivation by itself. you got to help yourself before anyone could help you. start your life fresh. Ditch those drugs. And start studying. Education is the key to life!
Question: What inconvience does a family experience when the mother or father goes to jail? In most families the father is the main bread winner; in some families the mother is the main bread winner and in many families both parents work. If one of them ends up in jail or prison does it cause a hardship on the family? What hardships would be expected? Have you or a family you know faced this problem? Is there any way of reducing the negative impact on the families?
Answer: This is as psychologically damaging as a death or divorce in the family, and greatly increases the child's chances of going to prison. Asking how it inconveniences you is sort of like asking how death inconveniences you. It doesn't. Everything changes.
Question: How do you stop sim families lives while playing another family? When I play a family on the sims 3 the other families in the neighborhood continue to live their lives. They even have babies and get married when I don't want them too. How do I stop that from happening? Its really annoying, I don't care if the procreated sim families do that but not for the families that I create.
Answer: To play more than one family in the same neighbourhood you have to use the Edit Town button, not the ones on the Options Main Menu. You can switch between families but the ones you're not playing will lose their current little wishes and will carry on their lives while you're not playing them.

Question: How does a family withhold taxes from their babysitter? A family I may work for withholds taxes from their babysitters. How is this done? Is their anyone federally or locally I can call or check with that can verify that these taxes are being received and not hoarded by the family? What is the time frame requirements for the family to send in my taxes? As tax time approaches will I receive a W-? form or a 1099 form? Will this form come from the govt or the family?
Answer: You will receive a W-2, not a 1099. It sounds like this family is doing things right, which unfortunately is unusual - many people who employ babysitters in their homes illegally claim the employee as an independent contractor. They'll most likely deposit your federal taxes monthly - there is some possibility they'll just have to do it quarterly - the IRS will determine the frequency, they don't just get to decide. If there are state taxes involved also, the frequency will depend on the state. You'll get the W-2 at the end of the year from your employer, just like any job - they'll also send a copy to the IRS.
You should get some sort of pay stub each time you are paid. Be sure to keep these in case there are any questions.
I don't know of anywhere you can call to verify that the taxes are being deposited properly, but if the family is going to all the trouble of doing the withholding, they're probably legitimate.

Question: How do I find if our family is entitled to use a coat of arms? There are two different coats of arms for our family surname, but how do I find if my family line is entitled to use which, if any, of them.
I have looked on the website of the college of arms, but they don't seem too keen on people tracing their family history (unless of course you are stinking rich).
Most of the websites that offer family coat of arms searches are useless, they show a coat of arms but, it may not be related to your particular family.
If anybody knows of a more historically accurate site I would be grateful.
Answer: The college of arms has extensive genealogical histories which they do not share. Some have been published in books that modern heralds collect, there are hundreds and the accuracy is questionable (Burke's General Armory is one that gives a short descendancy with most arms). The college used to have visiting heralds tracking the descendancy of armingers but now there are just too many. You must trace your ancestry as far back as you can and submit it with the application fee (about $4,000. for Americans) and hope it connects with their records. The arms you entitled to may not be the ones from your surname.
Ancestry.com's Family Tree Maker CD# 368 "British and American Coats of Arms" has 7 indexed books with descendant histories for the armingers including Burke's General Armory. I can't find that CD for sale right now on ancestry or family tree maker, watch for it on eBay.

Question: Is family law the most stressful and frustrating practice are for lawyers? I am a new attorney who has been practicing about six months now. I do primarily family law cases, and it seems like whatever I get for my clients they're still not happy. They expect me to get them every single things they want no matter how unreasonable. Any other family law attorneys experienced this?
My clients don't pay me. I work for legal aid.
Answer: I practice family law.
Family law is a thankless job. Emotions are higher in family law than in any other type of law. People's families are being ripped apart, they aren't going to be able to see their children every day, their standard of living is going down, etc. All of these things make family law clients crazy. Seriously. They are angry, scared, and confused, and because of this they often have a hard time thinking straight.
They also have very unreasonable expectations. Stay at home moms want to be able to continue staying at home (ha! Not going to happen!) A woman who has been married for a whopping two years wants alimony. A dad who travels all of the time for work and isn't an involved dad wants 50/50 physical custody. What clients don't understand is that their definition of "fair" isn't necessarily how it works in the legal world.
Clients also don't understand why the court system takes so long. I have clients constantly bitch at me because the other party hasn't responded to discovery requests. They don't understand that all I can do is file a motion to compel, and that takes time. Clients blame me when the earliest available court date is in two months. Family law attorneys are constantly blamed by their clients for things that are completely out of control.
Clients get angry about the process or the realities of divorce, and the most convenient scapegoat is their divorce attorney.
All of this said, I love practicing family law. Many attorneys won't get anywhere near a family law case. So it just takes a certain personality.
You have to be able to be fulfilled with your job without any positive feedback from your clients. You have to listen to them complain and even blame and accuse you, and then just let it roll off your back and chalk it up to all of the emotions they are going through. I'm able to do this, so I'm able to enjoy my job. I love hearing people's stories. There's always new and crazy things happening in people's lives, so I never get bored. It's a strange job where you sort through every aspect of a family's personal life - finances, sex life, health, etc. I just find all of this very interesting, which is why I like the job.
Question: When family finances are tight should teens be required to add a certain amount of income to the family budget? [rest of the question] in order to provide housing, food, etc. for the family? Why or Why not?
Answer: Absolutely not.
They have to save up for a car, and possible college expenses. Teach them how to save for what they want. The poor spend everything they have, the rich know how to save. That is the only difference.
